  1. Thanks muchly, I'm gonna make one for each army I play even if I never use it, I just think they're neat. Now, thanks to you, I can!
  2. Balewind Vortex is unavailable for purchase and I'm thinking of making my own, one little downfall, I can't see the Footprint online, I can see the height of the tornado but the base? Nowhere to be seen. Anyone know that off-hand?
  3. How might one go about making an Akhelian Queen anyway, I got some Green Stuff but haven't really dabbled with it whatsoever?
  4. I'm new to Wargaming in general, purchased my first models for Tzeentch in October and I currently have about 2.5k points worth of them and 2k worth of Idoneth Deepkin. I don't care for super competitive stuff, but if it's fun is the clincher for me. I have an unbuilt King/Volt, a Soulscryer, a Tidecaster and I own Malign Sorcery. I was wondering if anyone had any pointers; What enclave would you run for a Namarti Corps? Mor'phann seems obvious choice but Fuethan seems tempting too. Who would make for a good general, obvs if I went Fuethan it'd be the Tidecaster, but I'm not sure where to go Re: Mor'phann. Are the Soulrenders worthy enough of an Artifact or will they die too quickly to warrant them? Allegiance: Idoneth Deepkin LEADERS Isharann Soulrender (80) Isharann Soulrender (80) Eidolon of Mathlann, Aspect of the Sea (380) UNITS 3 x Akhelian Ishlaen Guard (140) 3 x Akhelian Ishlaen Guard (140) 10 x Namarti Reavers (130) 10 x Namarti Reavers (130) 10 x Namarti Thralls (130) 10 x Namarti Thralls (130) BATTALIONS Namarti Corps (100) TOTAL: 1440/2000
  5. Can someone clear up some rules for me? Say Gift-change or similar abilities where you can add X amount of models to a unit, do restrictions happen straight away or do they wait for minimum unit size clumps? Say you got 20 x Tzaangors, max Greatblades and max Mutants, you kill stuff with Tzaangor Shaman's spell, add some Tzaangors, can you add them as Mutants or Greatblades or must you choose something far more generic and then say #24 and #25 can be greatblades?
  6. I have a Tzaangor Shaman and don't have BoC endless spells yet but I have been eyeing them for some time.
  7. I'm 1910/2000 in a Cult of the Transient Form coven, with Alter-kin and Arcanite cabal, would a Beastlord (90 points) do anything for me or should I get an extra CP?
  8. Thanks for clearing that up, are the tzeentch endless spells worth buying?
  9. Forgot, I also own a Gaunt Summoner but with no Pink Horrors to summon I figure he's not earning his points without the extra units
  10. Thanks for all the responses guys. I'm incredibly new (Have2.5k points worth of models, but haven't played once). I got a few things in mind but could I ask a few more questions? I'm running this list currently and have a few points leftover, don't own any endless spells, I have Vortemis the All-Seeing but I'll be running them as a plain Magister and not taking the eot9 because the extra Tzaangor model is helpful for reasons below. Firstly, who should be the general out of my leaders? I think thematically and maybe gameplay-wise the shaman makes sense but idk. And what's the deal with the Mortal Realms thing? I see people usually go Ghur on lists I've seen around, is there any particular reason for that? Thirdly, any suggestions on other stuff that would fit well? I have aside from the list: Daemon Prince, Changeling, 10 x Blues, 10 x Brimstones, A Herald of Burning Chariot, 1 x Exalted Flamer and the eyes of the nine which I'll use as there various models not the eyes of the nine. I could get one thing likely as supplement but don't want to re-build in an entirely new direction. As for spells/artifacts I got a rough plan for stuff but not sure on what's good or bad. Am I right in playing Tzaangors in Disciples or do they play better in Beasts? I like the lore/idea behind Cult of the Transient Form so I don't really wanna go Changehost or anything like that. Not chasing a meta or nothing, I just love me some Tzaangors and think there should be more of them. Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for answering any/all of them Allegiance: Tzeentch - Change Coven: Cult of the Transient Form LEADERS Tzaangor Shaman (150) - Leader of Arcanite Cabal Magister (100) Magister (100) Ogroid Thaumaturge (160) Curseling, Eye of Tzeentch (160) UNITS 10 x Kairic Acolytes (100) 10 x Kairic Acolytes (100) 20 x Tzaangors (360) 6 x Tzaangor Skyfires (400) BATTALIONS Alter-kin Coven (140) Arcanite Cabal (140) TOTAL: 1910/2000 EXTRA COMMAND POINTS: 2 WOUNDS: 113 LEADERS: 5/6 BATTLELINES: 3 (3+) BEHEMOTHS: 0/4 ARTILLERY: 0/4
  11. So the new one with Mark of Tzeentch buffs StD Wizards with his command ability and is good in melee, is he a waste of points without any StD wizards basically?
  12. I'm not sure if it's been asked before, but I don't see the Daemon Prince of Tzeentch in Azyr anymore, but it is in the Warscroll Builder. It has the StD DP for 210 points but isn't a Wizard, is the 160 point Wizard still legal or do I need to allocate those points elsewhere?
