I still miss Kislev. If they made them a 1 weekend only Made To Order website exclusive, I would actually drop +$500!
I'll be honest... I've been trying to make the Ice Queen of Kislev as my Frost Phoenix hero. Still don't have the execution down pat yet

I am sad they do not exist. I tracked down a dusty box of 8 and built and painted them during the first ghb when I could still run them and when there was still Reiksguard and Empire knights.
I now use them as look a like proxies, they have now been; Rough Riders in 40k, Human Dragon Knights, and Blood Knights. They are well painted and obvious knights. No one has complained yet.
GW's really killed the Old World feel and horses are not cool anymore. I do miss my Knighs BUT I'm much prefer my wizards and warmachines back...

What was an Aussie's view on Heat 3? I chat with Ash McEwan who recently competed in the UK and I unpack the differences between Australia & UK scene & his experiences.

I've been having good luck with my free peoples' army. Pretty much the same list that most people run with the griffons and the handgunners but I threw in my old militiamen in like I always have. People hate them as options for guard but I still love them.
I don't necessarily feel like things have changed much for us 'cept for the command ability thing, but that is overcomable (is that even a word?).
I don't mind the militia, however; I find that they play a very unique role that I probably don't need. A bit of a jack of all trades really.
They aren't as strong in combat as your Guard (swords, halberds or spears) and they aren't as strong in shooting as your Gunners or Crossbow and the Archers get the free move before combat.
Would love to hear how you're effectively using them.

Hello guys.
Can you spare a word about secondary heroes for FP? The list is almost General - Griff General - 2 Hellstorms - 20 Guards - 20 Handguns - 20 Crossbows - 5 Archers.
For now, I'm 99% on adding 2 wizards - beast and life...
And what are the best options to bring MORE artefacts for the FP?
Thanks )
...take the Free People batallion formation is the ONLY way to bring more artefacts into the FP.

Pack is out now guys...
Great pack Chris. I'm going to check out how the realm rules you've selected and potentially incorporate them in Sydney GT.
Love that you're embracing as much of the rules as possible.

I understand that flights to the UK in October are pretty good value if you book months in advance
I'll also take the compliment (I've been carrying @Thornshield @Devilreefman and @Jimbo for years) ?
@Ben got me with that line last year, don't know if I can do it twice.... especially since I just dropped cash on Adepticon hotel.
Nice try though
