It's still a campaign battle. That stuff about interacting with the Eightpoints and a new role is just narrative fluff/lore aspect, hence why the opponent can refuse if the convergence scenario doesn't make sense for them to be an Adversary. Adversary gets all the normal outcomes of a battle plus an extra roll on the lesser artefact table.

The alternative is that it’s just Rampage +d6 damage. Bit lame for the only faction quad. Sometimes it’d just be Rampage +1 damage big whoop. If that were the case I’d rather they just give Gitz a different quad entirely. Not saying you’re wrong just that both interpretations have their ****** sides imo.

Those are the changes made to the default Hedonite Host battalion depending on which Host you choose. Not requirements for general list building.

My error, they do get the city keyword, but small consolation really. #1 was a big enough blow as was losing the archers.

Sad to see that 1) only 1 in 4 units in CoS can be SCE and 2) those units don't get the specific city keyword. Had hopes around my Tempest Lords in Tempest's Eye but it is not to be, especially since Freeguild Archers were dropped (not in the book) so 48 of my human models are now out of play (again, since they were originally Brets).

Thanks! A bit rough should you pull the scenario where the opponent wins by taking out your Hammer, but the Gryph is resilient and hopefully can get into cover or out of LOS quickly at least.

@Ference89 How did you break them up Dagger/Hammer/Shield for your tourney? I'm curious how that worked out for you as several of the scenarios seem to heavily favor having greater numbers, too.
