If you play GHoN you can use 2x40 Skeletons and use Ossific Diadem + Lord of Nagashizzar to empower them. Skeletons attack up to the third line, so it's easy to make a lot of attacks to kill big elite units. A block of 40 Skeletons, 4-5 attacks (command trait + a Vampire Lord) + Van Hel = kill. The lantern is good, but a +6" extra movement can be pretty nice for a Reapers unit for example. I have to think about it. Greetings
