    It’s not so bad when we take into consideration that we don’t even have all armies on aos2 books. Who knows GW might even do something like this. The App is here already so it would be easily doable.

    My guess volume of shots. Ballistae or the dwarfs are just better at it and have better range.

    This sounds a lot like you are not capable of building a mid tier list and enjoying it because your brain tells you to optimize the hell out of it. Just build a list, agree with your opponent on fun lists and enjoy the game?

    Isn’t it normal that the vocal crowd is the one who has some issues with something? And the rest usually way bigger is ok with it but just doesn’t feel to post/ talk about it? Latest Ryzen boost „issue“ comes to my mind as example

    Include something with an auto unbind to deny one essential buff - knight incantor for example - there might be something else but I only know of the knight incantor. Deepstrike, shoot, move , charge - Living City can pull that off easily with Trait / CA - put pressure on his camping backline

    @Maturin Cas buff is in hero phase so probably won’t work when you deepstrike them in. And the CA from the bird general buffs them further to the point I would sh*t my pants 😂

    That's utterly disgusting , let's say we add general on bird to the equation with fight first artifact , would that mean bird guy goes first and then the desolators 2nd if both make the charge?

    Need a purpose and motivation to build it and the trait fits well , and the -1 rend attack first artifact is also a good fit

As I see it: In my hero phase, the movement phase of my turn has not happened yet, which means my raptors did not move and the longshot ability is not restricted to shooting phase hence I get the bonus. I need an example to understand your point better For me the rule means, either they moved or not. There is no they moved a little like 1" special section. Meaning even if they only moved 1" they still moved -> yes, else no.
