finished painting my 6 Rockguts, all I need is to do the basing with that I got the basis of the Trogherd done, excited and optimistic to try them out tomorrow I don't expect much from the Gargants but they are just there for point fillers for right now.

Hey look a new Greenskinz model it ironic that it underneath the boot of a stormcast

I used a lot of wet blending for the skin and a bit of glaze medium for all my paint to get the desired skin tone. I glaze the recess area with an actual purple (Xerius purple) to get the purple shade. For the underbelly skin it was a mixed Stormvermin fur and Starken Green, then actual Starken green, then Druchi violet shade for the recess areas, then a very light glaze of Rakeath flesh, agrax earth shade to darken the skin and then a bit more Rakeath to highlight the top areas. for the top skin I use, stormvermin fur, dark reaper and nuln oil, and then a light touch of Thunderhawk blue for the highlight

Almost finish with my Dankhold boss, spent my whole weekend painting him Hoping if I can finish my 2 units of Rockguts that I can try out the Trogherd Battalion next week at my local store

keep in mind though that New Stormcast units are different then a New Stormcast Chambers, saying that they are not releasing a new chamber technically doesn't mean they won't get new units. also I think they said Forbidden power is not a new stormcast chamber

well the first Gutbuster rumor was when a few of their units got reboxed last year but reboxing doesn't usually mean anything. second was from a certain forum poster who said they where coming in Setember but the source's credibility and legitimacy came into question third is the banner that drop during AoS 2.0 launch, the banner had an Ogor and people wonder why they choice an Ogor to specifically represent GA destruction. the Banner return during LVO and they added more Battletomes to come for each Grand Alliance

I don’t think it was chapterhouse that did bretonnia in. it was probably a combination of having an old model line that GW never updated, and lack of popularity. Also since GW recently phased out Greenskinz and Gitmob, I doubt Bretonnia would return either given that GW must think it not worth it to expanding or redoing those old army ranges

So does the sneaky snuffler buff work on the mount attacks of a unit, it said it add 1 attack on melee weapons but units like bounder say that they are armed with lances but the jaw attacks are coming from their squig. So if they where buff by the snuffler, would it be an additional attack for both weapon profile or just the lances? I know it work on squigs because they are armed with their own jaw as said on their warscroll card

the thing is even though Mordheim had restricted faction, it was more varied to begin with like Undead and Skaven, and later on had Dwarfs, Orc and Goblins, and beastmen. I think my concern is that these type of games are hard to find people to play, and limiting to chaos faction would make it less appealing for people to play the game at launch It kind of the reason why I think Shadespire (varied warband who are useable in the actual game) took off more over nercomunda and adeptus titanicus.

I am pretty sure like Necromunda, the expansion would probably be the more Chaos Warband shown by those symbols in the trailer

I think people may have overhyped Warcry just a little bit because of those rumor that happen awhile back (it being AoS Killteam with leaders and using Shadespire board) which are now pretty much false.

well TBH Gama isn't really a place to reveal big things to begin with (maybe that GW fault for overhype the event), last year the only true AoS reveal was a teaser pic for IDK which we already know was coming because of the DoK battletome.

case in point, GW did release a Greenskinz start collecting box with rebased units, three years later they phased them out. same thing when they release spire of dawn but then phased out the models from the box. so yeah repackage doesn't necessary mean your safe from being retired like with what maybe happening to Glade guards.

FYI you can’t put any of The Gloomspite artifacts on the Hag, she pretty much relegated to realm artifacts since she doesn’t have the Troggboss keyword

TBH they didn't say specifically for AoS either. the Killteam stuff is actually pretty big in context of that game but nothing that would interest AoS players Also the actual GW seminar is tomorrow anyway
