Skaven and Stormcast have extremely bad battle tactics skaven are all clan and unit specific meaning you have tailor your list to even have a chance and can only achieve in very specific scenarios Stormcast are also very situational and unit specific as well, one requires CoS units in your army the other requires a 10 bravery unit to loose a model to battleshock nurgles has a few achievable ones but they are either easy to fail or also require certain units to complete

It probably one of those thing they do regardless of how people feel the current state of the game is, it more base on that they seem to reset the game every 3 editions given their history. Not saying we always follow what 40K does but we also don’t really diverge from them as much either. regardless 4th will happen with a new rewritten core rules and they keep churning out new battletomes for every army much like 40K 10th edition. Just like when 2nd and 3rd happen for AoS.

It quite possible (given GW history) that 4.0 is a total reset of the game and battletomess and they are just letting the meta slide until then

I be more iff about the 5+ ward to be honest comparing to the lady of vines 5+ ward it has better range Is a pray not a spell so your opponent doesn’t get the option to stop it maybe slightly more reliable to get off (3+ on one dice over 7+ on two dice of course there are ways for sylvaneth to reroll the casting roll) only downside is you have to be in your teritory to use it. but then again this is only one of her three ability and she much cheaper then most named character in this weight class

They did say they where moving warehouse though I am not sure how much it affected them i have notice that some of the oldest rumor engines tend to be exclusive miniatures like the ghoul king or the Warhammer plus models and they often take forever to be revealed

It’s possible that it be like a Lumeneth or slaanesh and they’re a second wave in the next edition when City 4.0 tomes comes out. Since there been cases where they design a large part of the range but save half of it for later date. Of course it not something you can always bank on. like in 40K most people are expecting Votann to get a second release to flesh out their small new range but how true that is remains to be seen.

Valgrulf I feel is one of those model they either redesign from the ground up to match the FEC range (with a different AoS name) or they just bin the model completely

That being said no one really question GW quality when it comes to models, they are some of the best miniatures in the industry for being mass produced. there pricing is more because they decided to tied themselves to the UK first and foremost and do internal manufacturing instead of outsourcing. Which has benefits and downsides of course. rather I often feel their competition is rather week or just viving their own niche space in a niche market. Privateer press basically crash down and Star War legions and MCP are basically licensed merchandise from Disney. Everyone else has their own quality problems or only cater to a small market (cough kingdom death)

As long as they don’t overstretch the space marine reveals to make up lost space /s joke aside that amount of Ironjawz models does sound hype

The next event or showcase for this game maybe they reveal the other two armies at that show

It largely depends on if they swap place with HH epic. or if the problem with epic was more of a printing error and recall and not more logistic problem which would affect every release.

Yeah it get a little too much when a named character has been made or buff to a point that any list has them because they are extremely powerful or integral to your army strength. my example would the Silent King when Necrons where a middling army but with him they where one of the best army at that time. I remember a narrative 40K event I was watching and like every Necron army (being a pretty popular army) had a silent king with them. It like wow this planet is being seige by ten silent kings lol. there also some case where some named heroes like Gobsprakk where he the only profile in Kruleboyz for a spellcaster on Vulcha because his alternative build is the melee version or like Avalenor and Sevireth who only build into generic units and not heroes. Even recently with Tahlia being only a unique model that doesn’t dual build into anything. Sometime you wish GW gave you more options to generic heroes in these cases.

All I have is the copium of Whitefang reaction on Portal Trogg for this dream to come true (along with Braggit’s boasting and Fyreslayers warning that it’s comming to Hammerhal)

TBF wanderers (with the exception of the sisters of watch) probably should have been in Sylvaneth in the first place and not in Cities just because they were all wood elves once upon a time. and then they should have either refresh/ replace by a Kurnothi/ wanderer release when the time was right.

Probably because black library is a different division then the AoS team and they may not nessisary be on the same page. sometimes they align when working on certain books like Dominion (new edition promo book) or End of Enlightenment (promoting a new army range ) other time they do their own thing like the Warhammer horror series

FYI the rumor engine article are always written in a 40K tone like it something done by the Adeptus mechanicus they could just be referencing the Genestealer cults (especially as they mention many eyes) of course I believe this RE is most likely AoS but the text are usually just some bored writer on Warcom

More Kruleboyz characters They look like side antagonist for the campaign story interestlingly Ripklaw looks like his armor plate is yellow, maybe he from the Big Yellerz tribe

Since the army not in the TOw (not a core faction) to begin with am guessing there no plans to do anything with Tzaangors in ToW probably no rules either.

Eh the Cathay guys is too much dynasty warriors to me, once they go with random lore character it looses it luster compare to the older dlc
