Does D3 mean that anything below 3 dow not count. I am looking at the starsoul mace, cause my brothers don't think that it means to roll a D6 and then half the total. They think that it means anything below three does not count. Looking for an answer.

It works as such:

If you roll a:

1 or a 2 = 1

3 or a 4 = 2

5 or a 6 = 3

You half the result and round up.

D6 halve the result. Round up odd numbers (so a 1 halved is 0.5 rounded up to 1 again)
