Burning Sigil of Tzeentch and it's effect

Hello All,

I am fairly new to Tzeentch and I am a bit confused by the Burning Sigil of Tzeentch and I want to make sure I use it correctly. From what I gather the first unit that takes damage and a model is slain the Tzeentch player can add 1 chaos spawn to their army and set it up within 3" of the slain model. That part I think I understand correctly however my question is, can this effect occur more than 1 time?

Example:

During player 1's turn the spell goes off and a model is slain, a spawn is created. On the Player 2's turn the spell would go off again, would another spawn be created?

Reading the warscroll the description (in the app) of the spells ability says "At the end of the movement phase..." so I would assume that this ability happens afresh each movement phase, and that yes, you potentially get a new chaos spawn each movement phase if the spell kills another model.

(Happy to be corrected by someone more rules knowledgeable though)

What I'm less sure of is if you get potentially one spawn each movement phase, or, if the spell "attacks" more than one unit, you get a spawn for the first killed model in each affected unit?

Thanks for your input here. They put a few FAQs on the spell and you only get one spawn if multiple units have a model slain. Just not sure if its referring to each time the spell slays a model per turn or if it’s only 1 spawn and the spell can no longer create additional spawns. 
 

Q: If models in multiple units are slain by the Burning Sigil of Tzeentch’s ‘Radiant Transmogrification’ ability, where is the Chaos Spawn set up?
A: The Tzeentch player can set up a Chaos Spawn within 3" of any of the units that had models slain by the Burning Sigil of Tzeentch.
Q: When using the Burning Sigil of Tzeentch’s ‘Radiant Transmogrification’ ability, if models in multiple enemy units are slain, do I add 1 Tzeentch Chaos Spawn for each enemy unit that had models slain by this ability?
A: No.

Yes, 1 spawn per turn is created every turn that the spell slays any enemy models - that's how i read it.

Thank you for the clarification! Looks like I gotta paint more spawns.
