deepkin turtle changes

Hi All.  I was hoping for a answer to something that came up the other day. The new stats for the deepkin flying/swimming turtle say it now has 8 attack dice from its missile weapon. There is a few people saying that as the model has 2 missile weapons that means it has 2 weapons and in effect has 16 attack dice. is that true or is it just a single profile for both weapons modeled on the turtle with 8 attack dice?

It‘s a single profile.

In addition a weaponprofile never doubles it's attackvalue when the model does have multiple of the same weapon.
