Darthbeerder Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 I am new to actually playing age of sigmar after mostly painting on and off for years and I need some advice on what other order units complement the stormcast eternals in terms of synergy. Before we can give advice which way to go, what do you have with your Stormcast and are you doing Open Play or Matched Play (using the points in the General's Handbook)? Forgebellows Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 1 lord celestant on foot, 1 more box retributors, 1 knight vexillor, and 1 more box judicators is a good start. The idea behind mixing forces was also to break up the painting monotony a bit as well ( if I see any more gold I will go crazy ). Nico Posted August 26, 2016 Share Posted August 26, 2016 My Order army contains Stormcast Extremis, Fyreslayers, Darkling Covens, Daughters of Khaine and Collegiate Hurricanum (I mean Arcane). Kurnoth Hunters are bringing up the rear.... It is good to have variety sometimes and makes it easier to find painting motivation. Or you can alternate between two armies.
