The Subtlety of Assassins

Turragor

Question

I'm asking for... a friend. Yeah.

Rules wise (regardless of cheese which this is) in matched play can an Assassin (or a unit of that type in each Grand Alliance) be within a 'leader' unit?

Follow up: Is there any limitation to the number of Assassins in each unit bar the limitation on leaders for the points size?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, so I'll answer both just in case -

There's nothing in the rules, warscrolls or FAQ indicating there's a limit on how many assassins you can hide in the same unit, and no limitations on type of unit.

In terms of army list construction, an assassin still counts as a leader in its own right (if it has that role as standard), how it is deployed doesn't affect this, I.e. 2 shadowblade assassins hidden in another Leader unit counts as 3 leaders in total, not 1.

This is what I was asking. I wasn't wondering if them being hidden meant they lost the 'leader' tag.  Thanks.
