Yes you can build 2 or 4 from the savage orruk box (bases are included)

Just checked the box, and i think it's 2 per box of 20. Hope that help!

Yes, Savage Orcs were originally sold in a 3-sprue box of 10 in Warhammer Fantasy.  There are 3 different sprues that work to build 10 Savage Orcs of any kind (Morboys, Savage Orcs, Arrow Boys).  Those sprues include the command models and also a single big-stabba team.  Originally the Big Stabba was a special weapon unit upgrade that fit into a regiment of Savage Orcs.

When they repackaged them for Age of Sigmar they changed the box to have 20 models and they stuck 2 copies of each sprue into it.  So, you can make 20 savage orcs of any type or you can make 16 savage orcs and 2 big stabbas.

Or you can roll up your sleeves and get out your tools and your bits and make 10 big stabbas.  Hahaha.

Yup.

You can also order just the bodies from bits websites on ebay and such and then use them to make all of the extra big stabbas that you get from the standard kits.
