jamierk
Hello all, this seems a like a nice place to keep track of my AoS work. I jumped feet first into AoS after having a reasonable number of 8th edition armies painted. I really enjoy the rebasing as it can really brighten up old models, links them nicely into the new realms and gets them on to the table again! Here is a bit of a selection of my work over the last year. Enjoy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Soulsmith
Clean, crisp, well blended - these look great! Also, skirmish movement trays, smart.
The World Tree
Beautiful scheme, brilliantly executed and great bases. Where did you get the foliage from?
jamierk
Thanks guys! Means the world to me when I get complements. I'm an average tabletop painter but it is nice to be appreciated none the less. The foliage is a bit of a mix from some train stuff (woodland scenics from memory) to a bit of battlefield stuff. I found some amazing tufts with flowers at Cancon last year from a small manufacturer called 'lead bear tufts'. They are awesome and very cheap, I think you can find him on Facebook. Grimnaud
Those movement trays are a really good idea! Might have to get some of those. I really like the contrast between the blue and gold on your stormiest! Good choice.
jamierk
Thanks mate, the trays are great. They don't inhibit the playing of the game but speed up deployment and movement nicely, plus they add something nice to the look of the army.
