Jamie's AoS paint blog

Hello all, this seems a like a nice place to keep track of my AoS work. I jumped feet first into AoS after having a reasonable number of 8th edition armies painted. I really enjoy the rebasing as it can really brighten up old models, links them nicely into the new realms and gets them on to the table again!

Here is a bit of a selection of my work over the last year. Enjoy.

Thanks guys! Means the world to me when I get complements. I'm an average tabletop painter but it is nice to be appreciated none the less.

The foliage is a bit of a mix from some train stuff (woodland scenics from memory) to a bit of battlefield stuff. I found some amazing tufts with flowers at Cancon last year from a small manufacturer called 'lead bear tufts'. They are awesome and very cheap, I think you can find him on Facebook.
