A question about attacking rules?

I'm a bit confused after reading a few posts, can a character be activated to attack more than once in a single phase? For example if I charged someone and attacked but didn't kill the target, could they then be activated again to simply attack?

"Attack" and "Move" are two separate actions that can be taken individually.

While a character can make as many "Attack" actions as possible (with regard to targets in range and activations remaining), it can only make one "Move" action.

A "Charge" is a special action that combines a "Move" and a "Attack" into a single action BUT the character cannot do anything for the remainder of the round.

An attack action doesn't stop your fighters from doing anything else.

A charge action stops your from activating that fighter for the rest of the round.

The important thig to note here is it doesn't stop you attacking or moving, so if a card let's one of your fighters attack or move they can still do so even if they charged!
