Not ultra conclusive, but Rhu has said that they can be taken in the god armies. This does suggest that they'll not be allies, but doesn't confirm.

That army will look fantastic! I hope the chariots perform well - I've never seen them used in such a large number.

I don't have the book with me, but I think it's called the Dimensional Blade and is an Ulgu artifact.

I'd suggest the realm artefact that gives you -3 rend on the claws of the keeper. We don't get depravity points from mortal wounds, but -3 rend is as good as mortal wounds for many armies.

While I do have faith in LLV's rumours, I'm getting a little concerned we may not see a Moonclan battletome for a long while. Maybe they're waiting for the right moment to leak it, but it seems like we would have heard something about it at NOVA. I hope they're just keeping tight lipped on it until it's closer to the time, as to not draw the attention off anything else.

I think Order is a separate case, and it's not always helpful to look at releases from a Grand Alliance perspective. For example, Stormcast have had 4 releases, whereas Dispossessed have had 0, but they are both Order. Dispossessed players won't be satisfied by the Stormcast releases regardless of Grand Alliance, so it'd be unfair to complain about a Dispossessed release because of the number of Stormcast releases. This is especially the case for Order. I think it's best to look at things from a faction perspective. If a faction hasn't had a release for ages, then it would be nice to see something for it regardless of the releases in its Grand Alliance.

Looks good that said, I'd suggest using chaos knights rather than warriors - they hit harder and save you 20 points, which you can spend on making one of your chariots a herald on chariot (good for depravity points). Later on, you may want to consider a Keeper of Secrets (though it may get a new model soon) to help your daemon side.

The Gaunt Summoner is a pain ? I'd still go with the 20 daemonettes as they're brutal, but kill the summoner as fast as possible.

Daemonettes are on 25mms - get twice as many in In 1000pts, I'd suggest combining the daemonettes into a unit of 20, and adding another 10 to make 30 (for 270) or taking another unit of hellstriders for support.

No problem I wonder if we'll get a sneak peak at our new allegiance abilities like Nurgle did. I feel our current ones will be fleshed out a bit (if not just totally changed).

I tend to subscribe to the view that a base should never overshadow the model, so I usually use pale colours (like Agrellan earth and tyrant skull drybrush) to make sure the bright colours of the model stands out.

No offense to Moonclan, but I am more excited for Slaanesh to get a release. Not just because I like the faction more, but also because it's much more likely to advance the lore in a very big way. That said, Moonclan (and just Destruction in general) probably needs a release more.

Agreed. I'd really like to see fewer whips in their range - no one in the history of ever has said "I'm really glad that this model has a thin bit of plastic protruding from it, making it all but impossible to carry without breaking".

I'm convinced that who ever designed the Slaanesh stuff wanted to make it as difficult as possible to keep in one piece. So many of my daemonettes have lost their arms because their claw got stuck in foam and the connection was too small to hold it together. I'll not even go into the whips on the chariot.

There was that Malign Portents story in the book about Kharadron finding Sigvald's shield in Shadespire, and not returning. Maybe that wasn't just a throwaway short story, and might actually signal something.

On the other hand, Blightwar did signal a bigger Nurgle release, so even if we don't see much in this set, there's a good chance for more later.

Looks like we're getting something soon! Reckon this will be in the same vein as Blightwar or the Silver tower, and will herald a release for us (and maybe Khorne).
