I think I'm going to finally start working on some of my Gitz Battleforce boxes. What do you think of these two 1000 point armies? Loonboss on Mangler Squigs (370) Fungoid (90) or Squigboss (80) if I get him. 10 x Boingrot Bounderz (280) 24 x Squig Herd (240) Total: 970 / 1000 Dankhold trogboss (200) Mollog (130) Dankhold troggoth (180) 6 x Rockguts (320) 3 x Rockguts (160) or Fellwaters eventually. Total: 990/1000 I don't have the Squigboss or any Fellwaters yet.

Another vote for the Rockgut Troggoths because of how many options you get to make fairly unique individuals. I love all of the underworlds warbands too. They give you a nice taste of many different factions without having to commit to collecting the army. I don't even play underworlds but i collect each one just because the models are so fun. They often offer great proxies for outdated models.

Oh i see, good point. I'm glad I built my first 80 with blades then, although 2 weeks ago I thought maybe it might have been a mistake. Maybe you can snap the arms off?

Why? I think a unit of 20 with spears is pretty good with its 3" range, better than x20 with blades.

Oh that's a shame, they look so cool. How bad are they? Like absolute trash or just not great? I like the aesthetic they bring to the table. Thanks for the advise

I bought a Slaanesh Battleforce last Christmas (impulse buy) and it has been sitting on my shelf for a few months now. I think I am finally going to start assembling them and building an army. I just bought myself a Lord of Gluttony because it's such a gorgeous model so I'm not far off from having a 1500 point army. If get a Lord of Pain I could do this list..... Is this list any good? I don't have a Battletomb I'm just messing around on the AoS builder

Just wanted to say hello, I've been lurking on the forum for a bit and decided I should join. I have mostly been into the collecting and painting side of the hobby but I'm trying to get into playing it. I played 1 or 2 games before the pandemic and promised myself I would give it another go later. Unfortunately my 2 friends that had an interest in Warhammer can no longer play so I'll have to find a club in London or something. I got into a bit of a buying frenzy over the last to years ago I got a lot of armies started but my main ones are Skaven and Gitz. My partner is also getting into the hobby, she is starting Sylvaneth and Nighthaunt.
