100%, agreed, show me my Sons!! Honestly I selfishly hope that this is the case of 40K 9th Edition not showing in favour of the Sons being revealed or hell even teased.

Just over 24 hours now untill the next online Preview. God I hope we get a Sons of Behemat reveil or tease.

I would love a tease and if they give, say, the silhouette of a model I'll be more than ecstatic!! I think we'll have the Sons tease. A new Lumineth Hero and Unit. New AOS Campaign Book. And then the rest will probably be 40K. If so heres hoping for a new Xeno race. A little throwaway about Grotbag Scuttlers would also be amazing.

All I want this weekend for the Previews is the Sons. I'd love a reveal but I feel if were shown anything itll be a tease.

I just need a proper angle on the Spirits to see their size in comparison to a standard soldier, or better yet against a Ghorgon or Aleguzzler.

No problem. With what they can do nowadays anything is possible. Even the new Lumineth Mountain Spirits look huge. I'm just hoping they finally take on the role of the Gargantuan army, true behemoths. I could see Archaon of course being taller on Dorghar with his wings, but I'd like to seem rival him as well. Also being a bit stockier than the Aleguzzlar.

I wouldnt be suprised to have the Aleguzzlar used in one of three ways. Firstly as a battle line choice, becoming the Armiger of the Imperial Knights equivalent. That he is used as another Gargant as standard, this would only be if the new kits arent all that different from it, which I'm fairly certain theyll be at least taller. Finally he wont be in the Sons, hes the drunken runt that's exiled, a heretic for not following Behemats path. I truly believe the new Gargants will be much larger than the Aleguzzlar, look at the Ghorgon/Cygor model, it's much taller than the Gargant which is odd seeing as Gargants are supposed to be enormous. Even the Dankhold Troggoth is taller than the Aleguzzlar which leads me to believe that the new kits will truly be some of the tallest GW does. I'm hoping they're able to look even Arachaon in his eyes.

I get the Alliances and Faction arguments as well. I just dont think they should be able to ally outside of their Alliance. I dont want the Sons to be the Dogs of War of AOS. If we want Gargants to be able to ally with other factions and races you have the Aleguzzlar. The Aleguzzlar works that way as he literally is a Drunk for Hire. The Sons should be their own thing, their own race and army. You wouldnt have a unit of Sylvaneth fighting alongside Nighthaunt or Slaanesh.

I think Destruction needs the Sons because thematically what is more Destructive than an army of Gargants? Also Destruction has the least Factions and models of the entire range. Not to mention every other army has Greenskins in some form or another in them. I'm wondering how they're going to go about them themselves. Behemat himself was made of stone so there is the chance they could go that route, personally though I'm hoping for thick limbed humanoid Gargants. Similar in proportion to the Game of Thrones giants but even BIGGER. All I want them to be is Destruction alligned and not multi part kits such as the Aleguzzlar to make them available for any Faction.

I'm the one absolutely pumped up for Sons. They've been my dream army for over 20 years and I cannot wait to see them. All I know if there going to be Gargants. That's it. It's all I want. Theyll AOS the hell out of them I'm sure, but I cannot wait.

I expect the same. A new Lumineth hero or unit and maybe the Sons of Behemat tease that's it.

If we get a unique Sons model for Underworlds down the line, in the same vein as the Hrothgorns Mantrapper Ogor I'd be in love.

I think we'll get a teaser for the Sons this weekend and the reveal at the Warhammerfest Previews. I believe the Sons teaser will also be this weekend. All the words describing the event have been plays on Giant in some way or another so I'm expecting a teaser, hopefully.

Honestly I really enjoy the Lumineth range, I've been a Fantasy player since the 90s and left for a decade to return to AOS and I love the range. I was never a High Elf player though so maybe I'm not biased. But yes I'm in the dream stage right now so I'm hoping to see at least some concept art this weekend so I have an idea what I'm in for.

And I cannot wait for that ride to begin.

I would just love to see their model designs. There was a Rumour Engine a couple months ago that was definitely a boats sail, I took it as a Gargant weapon but a Grotbag Scuttler seems far more likely.

All I'd need is a Sons teaser, not even any models shown. Though I would absolutely love a new Campaign book as well, especially if its Order Vs Destruction. I've been out of the 40K loop for some time but a new Xeno army would always be welcome.

I hope they tower over them. My dream is that they go for an AOS twist on the Game of Thrones Giant. Massively tall with think limbs covered in furs.

The Stone Spirits if anything have just made me all the more excited for the Sons of Behemat. Huge stocky brutes, I'm leaning almost in a way to the aesthetic of the Giants of Game of Thrones. Covered in furs with very thick limbs. If they're even taller than the Stone Spirits all the better.
