As a new AOS player who plays Stormcast, I wanted to know, what units should I have in a list to grab Objectives?

As a new AOS player, I'm not sure if list are legal. I'm sorry if asking this to much but here is my new list. It says in the book Neave has the keyword Knight-Zephyros, So! how can I make a Vanguard Auxiliary Chamber? It looks like if I do what is told to me here I would be over 2000 points or is the books wrong and GW needs to up date it?

Yes, it said I can have 3-9 knight-Azyros, knigth-Venator, or knights-Zephyros in any combination, not sure what that means.

So! far, I played two games with a friend, and we did not finish one and the other I win, but I think he might have been a little easy on me because he knows I'm just starting out, I don't plan on doing any competitive games.
