    Well, a single unit with 10-20 point change does not matter, but the problem is many unit in the current melee-focused goes up 20. evo go up 20, seq go up 10, lord castellant go up 20, gavreil go ups 20, everything adds up together do matters. I was expecting the seq and evo will go up, lib goes down, paladin goes down to negate this effect when I write a mix list, but liberator unchanged, paladin go down just 20, not enough to negate the increase of other stuff.

    Well, 20 points drop is not "generous cut" from my point of view..... Dracoths are unchanged... From those leaks, I would say that it makes some of my current list no longer valid and I don't see it can help me build some new competitive list with old SCE....

    I think paladins should be less, otherwise protector and decimator is unchanged, which is far from "generous cuts". The increase of sacrosanct chambers are still acceptable if it is true, since the most broken FEC and skaven might get nerfed at the beginning of July.

    for the vanguard Nearly all Vanguard units have seen cuts, meaning this chamber now competes strongly with Sacrosanct Chamber-themed armies – if you’re looking to field a shooting force of Stormcast Eternals, Vanguard-Hunterscould be a very appealing option… Hence, not every unit might get point drop, but it should means that at least longstrike does not get point increase(personal opinion).

    How? It sounds a little weird to me, I know that the hard copy battletome is printed in China and the new terrain and endless spell is produced in China. However, GW locates in UK, so shipping from China to UK should not affected. The only possibility I can think of is that GW shipped the US's portion of new slyn book and model directly from China to US. If so..... Well, we'd better just wait then, gw will finally figure out a way......

    Actually, according to the core rule, only the normal moves happens in movement phase are limited to the 3" condition. The general movement(including all types of movement) does not have such limitation. So any move that is not a normal move in movement phase and don't have the description "just as normal move in movement phase" are not limited to the 3" condition.

    I have two builds on the tempest lord, both are not competitive One is built around the soul war kit, the key point is to use the LAoGC's CA repeatedly to make a power blob of sequitor or evocator to blast out the enemy The other one is built mostly around the vanguard chamber, use the aquilor's ca to relocate the raptor and pallador all the time to take advantage
