yeah that in of the down side of those boxes if you just want the hero and not everything else you either have to wait or scour on ebay for the individual kit

Megaboss on Goregrunta would be my pick for a new hero of course when Ironjawz get endless spell and spell lore, I do hope the Weirdnob get a bit of a boost. He not a bad caster by any means but he does feel a bit weak currently granted with the Khrone Endless Phenomena coming up there is room non magical endless spells too

In a Perfect world, the Ironblaster would actually function like an Artillery piece and hits it target sometimes

well it possible that they choice those images from the book for a reason, like the Chaos blob use to be Blades of Khorne on the original banner before the LVO review and Khorne just got an update. I guess it just remain hopeful that it will eventually happen but temper expectation on when it happens (this year or next) honestly the Gutbuster range is pretty solid for the most part it just need rules and a plastic hero

of course destruction only has one up to date BT right now and chance are there will eventually have to be an Ironjawz, Bonesplitterz, and BCR release too. But Gutbusters probably has a good of a chance as any of the other destruction factions to get one. maybe the banner is hinting it the next one but who knows

I try to figure what artifacts are good on him there a cheeky combos you can do with the Mangler boss like Dopperganger cloak and Fight another day where you can escape from combat during your opponent combat phase. thermorider cloak, Glyphfeather charm, or any of the defensive one seems pretty alright on him

3 dankhold is probably Maximum fun potential but I think general consensus is that the regular Dankhold are not that good for the it points right now. even the Trogboss is kind of a tax unit if you want to use the Trogherd batallion. plus three dankhold is a lot of points for something that not your battleline when building your army. Rockguts and fellwater however are both solid choices for the price point and you can't really go wrong with them

the banner was release when AoS2 drop, they just modified for LVO and covered up Khrone with the weird chaos bloab, the squig could have been a hint for the Gloomspite release I always though it was weird that they put an Ogor to represented GA destruction when they did the banner and I though it may have meant a Gutbuster maybe on the horizon after the goblin release

they just probably follow AoS website faction layout they did for AoS 2. the only previous BT army that they merge where just Clan Pestilins into Skaven and Everchosen into StD. they clearly specify that Gutbuster and BCR are of different armies along with Free people and Dispossessed

this was original banner during AoS 2 I am not sure if covering up Khorne because their release was announce todays means that this was a hint or not. (I kind of hope it is so we get to see a Fyreslayer and Ogor battletome)

According to Dakka, the review panel at lvo hinted that Sylvaneth will get a new BT

it was probably more for 40k this time around, which was to be expected given the fact that March was teased to be something big happening with the countdown and all

I am not sure, I feel like by covering up the Chaos GA side of the banner it indicates that we would be getting 3 more BT for each Grand alliance. At least that what the optimist in me would say.

I mean it would indicate that it be Gutbuster, soulblight, Stormcast, and Fyreslayer release this year

actually now that you mention it does look like his mouth is sewed up and he in leather, I would have though it be more pink and purple in the image

I think GW plans is kind of laid out on the AoS website about how they going to organize the army in the future with maybe the exception of lumping all the Aelf forces together. So far it been accurate minus the fact that Gitmob got axed from the grots. I think they still keep Fyreslayer and KO separately, along BCR and Gutbusters, and Bonesplitterz and Ironjawz.

yeah but you expect the complexity to equal better results when your playing them which is not what happen when you play KO and trying to use boats to do it. like DoK are complex and harder to master, but when you do you usually end up smashing face and in casual play, people like drinking beer and rolling dices without thinking to hard

there rule set are kind of wonky and you have to remember a lot them when playing KO which still lead to less then steller mechanics and gameplay, they are definitely harder to play in a casual setting. also they are universally consider weak at the moment that even casual player are aware of it. if you compare them to say Ironjawz, who are not exactly a top tier army, they have such easy to remember rules and mechanics and are considered fun to play that they even show up in tournament because people like playing them casually in that setting

well they said they botch the tome so it definitely not a proper battletome by any regards

I am pretty sure that the last Errata made KO worser, and that lead to a lot people posting on their Facebook page about buffing them, during the GHB 2019 suggestion time beside when KO was released I believe GW said that they where going to expand the KO range because they sold so well.
