  1. My ability to read small blurry script is non-existent, but I think under Narrative Campaigns there's a section called "The Guild of Poisons," so that should be interesting.
  2. Let us be very, very, clear here: If/when the Chaos Dwarf plastic army is dropped, I will hereby pledge my army to Slaanesh and Hashut. But, until that day occurs, please don't tempt me.
  3. Oof…. Anyone here play Eldar? I only want the chaos half.
  4. You forgot about Barak-Thryng, the traditionalist city who keeps a log of grudges! THAT'S GOING IN THE BOOK!!!!
  5. The legions of LONG LOST NEHEKHARA! Would like to join in the extermination of any and all aelves for the crime of teaching the Usurper dark magic.
  6. I agree with @Baron Klatz and my liege @KingBrodd, the legions of grief were left behind once the Soul Wars began, and that is a fate no death army should suffer. However, besides the obvious Deepkin, Ghosts, and Dawi goodness, I expect we'll get some kind of tease in regards to whatever "new" faction may be down the road.
  7. Chaos Dwarfs, the Nighthaunt cruise ship/funerary barge, and some vague reveal of a new faction. I'm also hoping for some Old World news (either Araby or Tomb Kings), but that might be a bit too much. For 40k I'm expecting the big Chaos Space Marine revamp, as well as the new cultists and Chaos Knights. World Eaters or Emperor's Children battle tome preview. We may also see a new Sisters of Battle hero (they somewhat previewed it in the Nachmund Gauntlet article). Necromunda will get a new gang previewed, hopefully something chaotic or ash wast nomads. Horus Heresy plastic starter set, and new power armor kits.
  8. My wallet couldn’t take it, but I’d start that army in a heartbeat.
  9. Oh the possibilities if this became a model kit..... I'd make mine a Tzeentch/Slaanesh hybrid wizard-prince instantly.
  10. Thank you!! Though now I’m sad because it means there’s still no chance of Araby appearing in The Old World…
  11. Excuse me, does anyone know anything about this picture? I found it on Lexicanum and it says that it's from 2015, but I don't know the source.
  12. @Lightbox, here’s a link to my army lore(though I haven’t updated it in some time(will do so later this week)). My Gravelords are largely lead by the Tomb King Zamses the Ever-Joyful and his court of priests, vampires, and lesser wights. They serve Sekhubis, God of Funerary Rites against the slow corruption of his living subjects(and therefore their faith and perception of him)against the Daemon-Songstress Aesha (a corrupted Sylvaneth) and her combined army of Hedonites and Arcanites. Both armies are trying to find an ancient goddess of Poisons and Medicine, but for different reasons. Zamses seeks her as a way to bolster Sekhubis’ cult and keep his people safe. Meanwhile, Alesha seeks to sacrifice the goddess to Slaanesh in exchange for the reemergence of her Keeper of Secrets patron/lover. Meanwhile, further complicating the ongoing war in the bayou is the encroaching Dawnbringer Crusade and it’s Stormcast Guardians seeking to spread the word of Sigmar…..
  13. I haven't played an actual game of Warhammer (AOS or 40K) in over five years for various reasons. I'm honestly just in the hobby for lore, conversions, and good cheer. If the price goes up on a model I want, I can't complain since this is a hobby, not a necessity.
  14. Personally, if (and this is a big IF) GW decides that AOS no longer needs a rampaging army of furry bait it’s because they’ve found a way to intergrate them into each faction. Tzeentch fans have the ability to play an entire army of bird men throughout every Warhammer game, why shouldn’t the other gods get the same treatment? After all mutants make up a major part of the Lost and the Damned. But most of all, it saves the brand new model kits from being scrapped because their faction doesn’t sell well *weeps in 8th Edition Tomb Kings models.* I really should’ve gotten into the game sooner…..
  15. Where’d you hear that? Also, did they mention anything about what’s coming for Death players?
  16. I personally want them to reveal the rest of the highly rumored Chaos Expansion (traitor guard, new possessed, etc) and some Old World news.
  17. You know I saw a Chaos Dwarf conversion on instagram recently where a fyreslayer priest had his head shaped with the Iron Golem dwarf's. I might hunt down this model to do that conversion myself, but only replace the beard with the scale mail.
  18. Sadly I too will be sitting out on buying anything for some time, as my pile of shame has reached epic proportions. Fortunately this will allow me to buckle down on my dark mechanicus army and add some lore to my Soul Vine Bayou project(which has plenty of room for some pirates).
  19. Congratulations @KingBrodd! You get your new Maneater next week! My only disappointment is that we still haven’t heard about a preview for the rest of the year (I want to see some new chaos/death models ASAP).
  20. If we’re talking dreams then I just hope Tomb Kings get mentioned in The Old World, Chaos Dwarfs, and some Horus Heresy news. Anything else would just be icing on the proverbial cake.
  21. I'm hoping they reprint the 8th edition tomb kings kits (Tomb Guard, Necropolis Knights, Necrosphinx) if only to make the eBay scalpers cry tears of despair.
