Bit of a silly question about the Coven Throne. Do the handmaidens count as part of the mount, like the Spectral Host, in terms of carrying magic weapons?

It looks amazing! I'm also finishing a pirate themed army and this post has given me a few ideas for units I couldn't fit in it. Btw, I love that map skirt.
