Allegiance question

I'm a little confused about allegiances and in particular Kharadron overlords and Order. so my question is this, If i take an army that has both Stormcast eternals and kharadron overlords do i get to pick from either Stormcast Allegiance, Kharadron Allegiance or Order, or can I only use the Order allegiance? Also can i use things like the Dracoth traits if I use Kharadron allegiance and vice versa for the Great Endrinworks?

In the Stormcast battletome, the Dracoth traits are specifically for riders in a STORMCAST ETERNALS army; therefore, they only work if every unit has the STORMCAST ETERNALS keyword. I expect the Kharadron abilities and extras work the same, but check the text in the tome  

if you want to mix Overlords with Stormcast, you may only use ORDER allegiance abilities.
