Competitive bonesplitterz list against Free People with a few cannons

hey all im new to the forum was wondering if i could have some help with a list and some strategy for playing agaisnt free people

I think most big special characters are prized for effective use of their big abilities in big battles and as force multipliers. Big G and Alarielle will both shine in 2500 and up games. If you ever decide to go 4k they'll probably be an auto include.

What kind of list do you usually run? Cannons die to shooting pretty easily, they also die to fast Units. Free People Units are much the same, they're pretty soft and rely on not getting touched for the most part. Boarboyz are good for this, especially if you have Hand of Mork to hurl them into Combat as fast as possible.

Take some fast elements, some Arrowboys, and a nice combat block and it should be fine. Also Scenario is your friend if you play with those, shooty armies don't like moving.

As the others have said, either take them out with your own ranged units or go after them with speed units. Boar boys or maniaks have a speed of 9. Cast hand of Gork on them and they can move 18 and fly. Perfect for hopping over the front line units and getting to their back field artillery.

A minimum sized Gorefist (540 Points) with careful maneuvering can be in the enemy's backfield by Turn Two (in not Turn One). Not many artillery units can withstand a charge from even a single three-pig unit of Gore-Gruntas.
