Penumbral Engine 3.0

What happened to the Penumbral Engine? I know the endless spells all got new warscrolls, but did this terrain feature get an update as well for 3rd edition? I looked through the FAQ, and flipped through my books, maybe I missed it, but I don't see it anywhere.

I've literally just come onto here to ask the exact same question. The warscroll's not in the app. I've a feeling it's now just scenery.

Is Forbidden Power one of the books listed as still legal?

Does this mean that the Nexus Syphon has a rival for 'coolest looking scenery that should have rules but doesn't'?

I'd actually be pretty happy if it now was scenery. I've been thinking about making my own table. It might actually see some use if it was scenery.
