I agree with the general point on the turtle and IDK being on "bent to broken" side at the moment BUT since sweeping statements are still a bad idea :

Lucky me,i eddited the original post one minute later that wrote i bet you my army that you wont find one lol

But pretty sure that must be alone lol

Btw i also find anoying that every buff is tied to factions,but i dont think be so bad. I usually run dwarf themed lists,but have room for the hurricanum and others 700 points for other faction combo.

Btw, I just realised that this list puts Beasts of Chaos into... A tier? I mean, if you just spam Tzeetch beasts, then you can have a semi competitve build ( even thennot sure if it's an A tier material though), but the rest of the army is... Not that great as far as I am aware.

 

But I will derail the conversation further with this, so it just adds to the fact that even tournament data should not be taken purely at face value.
