Im reading undead rule Noble Blood and it says each crypt horror heals 1 wound so im confused istnt rule say you need to put all wound on 1 model untill he dies

Both counts right. It's a bit weird because it says "models in this unit" which makes it sound like they all *do*, when it means they all *can*.

Bit you're right, only one model in a unit can ever be wounded, clarified in FAQ.

One more thing Musterm Man-at-Arms can i increase unit size for exemple i start with 10 and finish with 100 let say and max unit size is 30 and how it works with points 

 

And how works Trophy Hunters if i kill something i got 1 extra attack for all ghuls but they hit in same time so whats the point of it

Courtier is a separate unit so you'd need to attack with him before piling in and attacking with the ghouls.

You can't go beyond the starting size of the original unit for mustering.
