Soulblight and Summoning - I'm confused!

Hi all

Apologies if this has come up before, I couldn't find anything just now.

I'm confused how summoning works, specifically for Soulblight.

Some of the warscrolls (fell bats and bat swarms) have the summonable keyword. Does this mean I can summon them during a game? Sandy if yes, how? and where are the rules for summoning?

Help! I'm so confused!

The summonable Keyword is used for Rules of the 4 Allegainces "Grand Host of Nagash", "Legion of Sacrament", "Legion of Night" and "Legion of Blood".

The Soulblight Allegiance doesn't have rules that use the summonable Keyword.
