gronnelg
Warp lightning vortex denies flying within range. A unit such as a Knight venerator has a move of 12",which is obviously a result of flying. But does denying flying in this case reduce movement?

No. Movement distance and the exceptions to the movement rules provided by the flying rules are separate.
0 King Taloren
If they have to move over a wall, any units in the way, or any piece of terrain that any non-flying unit would have to climb over to get anywhere then yes it would technically reduce their movement that way. As they would have to move around or over reducing their effectiveness in how they can move but not the actual measure of their listed movement.
