They're more tanky than killy, but they can dish out a bit of damage against lighter armoured units but the lack of rend and the poor to-hit values mean they're a bit unreliable on that front. In a Stormcast allegiance though, I'm unsure that they really offer much from a competitive standpoint. The Dracoth and Pallador cavalry are only slightly more pricey and in general, better buys than Demigryph Knights. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lightbox Posted January 5, 2018 Share Posted January 5, 2018 They performed surprisingly well for me in a path to glory campaign I just did (first time playing freeguild). They were a bit hit and miss though, they perform better with wildform on them to give the exploding 5's for the demigryphs but it's still a bit down to luck. They are a great fast moving tanky unit though. Took a charge from a zombie dragon and tanked long enough to eventually slaughter it when I played against death.
