Skeleton questions

Hey y'all!

Here are a few Death questions, especially about Skeletons, that I'd like to have clarified please:

1. When I return models to a Skeleton unit using their banner, is that setting them up? So would it trigger a Gryph Hound's ability? I don't think so because models aren't set up, units are. And the unit is already there.

2. Same situation as above. Can I shorten my charge distance by placing the returned models in the  front of my unit toward the enemy?

3. Same situation as above, I get some Skeletons back. If I am not within 3" of an enemy unit but 4" or 5" can I return the models to my unit in a position so I am suddenly within 3" without having to charge? That would be kinda nice because it wouldn't for example trigger a Razordons anti-charge ability.

4. Arkhan the Black has the Skeleton keyword. Does that mean I can use Vanhels Danse Macabre on him? He could even cast it himself if a Necromancer is near.

1. No - gryph hounds ability triggers on 'unit set up' you are not setting up a new unit.
