Artefacts and Command Traits

Another question as I am making my list up.

I have a Stormcast list and allegiance with a battle Mage as an ally.

Can I give my general an artefact from the order list and then use a Stormcast command trait?

Can I indeed mix and match from the artefact, command traits lists from Stormcast and Order or have too stick to Stormcast as I am using Stormcast battalions?

Your allegiance abilities, command traits and artefacts must all come from the same allegiance.

Another quick question is if I wa to pick the order allegiance using its command traits and artefacts could I still use the batallion warscrolls and the extra abilities for the Lord relictor for example.

Battalions yes.

Extra abilities no, as those also require STORMCAST ETERNALS allegiance.
