When the Seminar starts, I think (based on previous times when i've gone to see it at the time the website said and I had to wait an hour).

Straight after I think, the seminar is usually an hour and the article goes up after that hour. I’m generally asleep for the Nova ones, but that’s how it usually goes. There’ll probably be a banner on the community site with a time, they seem to do that for previews lately.

Nah, ones like this, everything is done in one go after the seminar is finished. This isn’t a whole day/weekend event like Warhammerfest, it’s just one preview seminar.

They said at Warhammerfest that SoB were still on track for this year. While that might have changed, I don’t think it will have changed much since then.

We haven’t had any confirmation of Slaves to Darkness either though, as far as I know? Tzeentch is just speculation because the scale of the release seems to fit better this year rather than what the StD release would probably be. I also don’t really think StD coming before Christmas or early next year really matters for anything, either way it’s not long til every army has a battletome. I hope they’re saving StD and giving it a bigger release, rather than it coming this year and being smaller.

The feet look like they’re coming out of a broken sarcophagus in that picture to me. It actually looks a lot like the image Warfiend posted above.

I imagine he’s got it on his back, rather than being a walking sarcophagus.

I don’t think we’ll see more supplements, but there’s still more Space Marine models to come out from this wave.

The AoS previews were at the AoS open day. They were hardly going to show the Space Marine stuff there, even if it was going to be released first chronologically. That has no bearing on the ‘importance’ of the release.

They aren’t daemons. They’re Tzeentch Beastmen, i’d class them as mortals.

When was the last time Stormcast actually got an update though? It’s been over a year now.

But with Death potentially getting a new faction, maybe they want them to be the big bad for a little bit.

It depends if they view the Warcry warbands as part of Slaves to Darkness like that. It may be they’re waiting for next year and there’ll be updated Chaos Warriors and stuff with the book. Rather than squeeze it in now before the end of the year with just the Warcry stuff and maybe a new character. Whereas Tzeentch could fit in easily before the end of the year as it’s less of an update. They might not be in a bad spot, but the book has mostly been errata;d as far as I know.

Next week’s preorders doesn’t cover all the Space Marine stuff, there’s still another week of that to go after next week before we see any AoS stuff.

We don’t know how quickly the rest of the supplements will be out, they haven’t even said what they are yet (although the 4 you said are the obvious picks). Next week will be some or all of the new Space Marine units; infiltrators, eliminators, dread-thing, new transport, new lieutenant.

Not really. Sometimes it comes out quickly, sometimes it’s a while off.

There’s at least one more week of Space Marines, and if it’s one week there’s a fair bit in that week so I doubt there’ll be anything alongside it.

There’s a picture in the main AoS rulebook of a human from Shyish too.

Just because it’s not new, doesn’t mean people will necessarily like it.

How is more models/games losing what ‘makes us love this company’?

Actually not a fan of the Kurnothi, and the Beastmen are alright, but no more than that. The Lizardmen are the big winners for me here.
