    I have 1 steam tank to convert to look fanatical. And the canon doesn’t fit but if you have an order army, you can have a war alter/warrior priests included. I have 60 flagellants to sacrifice in the theme of fanatical. I had a Disciples of Sigmar army in wfb, converted to AoS early on and now have a fanatical grey water Fastness army with powder back up. Love it but thankfully I don’t kit out for competition otherwise I would be eaten alive lol

    Made the base conversion on my old night goblin army. Still have 40 shootas and 40 stabbas to base convert. This is some more quarantine effort. I also made 5 castigators as well but 2 right arm pieces are missing (!) This is the army of gobbo right now Ill have to convert some space marine bits I think.

    The army so far. True AoS miniatures are the 40 scuttlings (acting as shootas), 10 spider riders, (I lost 10 others and 2 Scuttlebosses in my move + my gryphound!) 5 Boingrots, Loonboss on a Giant Squig. I just hauled over the 19 squig herd (lost 1guy as well), 10 squig hoppers, 3 rockgut trolls and the puny Giant From my old night goblin army. 40 more shootas and 40 stabbas still need to cross the isle. The Looncurse box still has to offer up a squig herd and 5 more bounders. The night goblin army was my favourite WFB army and I’m so super pleased AoS did such a magnificent job on the new Gloomspite. I already know these will be my favourites. I can wait to put them up against my Matorean Disciples of Sigmar An d Krasbog himself has landed

    Making progress with my antagonistic Gloomspite. Assembled and based my Loonboss on a giant squig, 5 bounders hit the ground in leaps and bounds, and I just replaced the square based on my ‘dwarf ‘ giant, 3 rockguts, 20 squigs for 2 herds, 10 hoppers - all old metal models from the old night goblin army I have. I’m worn out for a bit so I’ll base them later. working title is Krasbog’s Gitz with a total of 2480 points. Not really looking forward to round basing my 40 shootas and 40 stabbas. I need some more bases as it is.

    @kaaras thank you for the info. The effect I have is not the result I wanted so the paints will go on the wish list (cold white sounds like what I’m after). I guess I’ll have to wait out the storm first as I have none of the colours required. 😺

    There can never be enough flagellants. Never. From what I understand, they are not much better than canon fodder but I have 60 in my Cities army. 60 is not enough forms but props on getting 80 of them done. Please post you mob when your done.

    Greet idea on the thread! Making the best of a bad time. I have had great success on my Stormcast abomination and even struggled through building some loony Looncurse bounders and boss. I have a halfassed blog that I dont really know how to use properly but at least a progression is showing. Kitting out (or at least planning) the rest of the hobby room. wife usually cringes when I head downstairs to paint but now she’s smiling cause she can get rid of me for a hour or so at a time without endangering everyone. 😸 I take my trusty laser eyed cat to help with welding issues when it’s warranted. Plus the other 2 non helpers. Here they are wondering when the table is coming.

    Here is the General of this group. since the vanguard hunters are battleline with him, he’s it. Never mind the fact that I don’t own any hunters...,yet. Most assuredly, this army will look good as a group and seen 4 ft away. What I imagined and what the reality is, is very different. Also, the last of the leaders the Lord Exorcist is next on the line

    My March goals. Even got them based lol. working on my Lord Aquilor and 2 more squads of Liberators + 2 Celestar Ballista. with all this down time I might get them completed as well. Using white is almost a verboten for me. It’s really intimidating tbh. If anyone can provide some perspectives or improvements, I’d be thankful. I'm looking for a dirty used white - continuous use with little time for repairs or maintenance (being as judgemental as this host is - Knights Excelsior - means lots of time judging 😺) I tend to paint very fast so there may be no hope but advise is welcome

    Just assembled 5 of them. First time with the new glue bottle and it saved what little sanity I have left. Don’t know what my fortes is but it’s not building. I find it a pain. Necessary but painful. My son used to build everything. He didn’t like painting and I loved it although I’m never really happy with the results. havnt decided on colours yet but was wondering if there’s a hierarchy in colour. For the cavalry, maybe white?
