I am thinking the resurrection abilities will be on the Skeleton and Zombie warscrolls themselves. Hopefully flavourful and competitive. There was the rumour that reviewed this a bit that spoiled the Vamp-taur. Endless legions seems like just a side piece but I guess we will know for sure later this week.

I am excited at the prospect of Vyrkos depending on traits that can be chosen! Gravesites are interesting. I am all for reliability and I have a playstyle that isn't too risky so I will probably just look at this as an extra icing on the cake type of thing but will probably actively play with the idea that I will roll a 1 😛 (I realize all rules are not out yet). I have a feeling grave guard will have a rule that helps protect hero's which would be super vital I imagine in the meta we are in.

I was really hoping for a destruction preview but I am still stoked. That cover art is grim and scary and I love it for the new rulebook. The Stormcast models look great and even though I am not interested in playing them I am happy for those that do. We have a new player in our hobby group that is over the moon! The fact we got AOS 3.0 and not the movie info is a big win for me :). Also, the trailer at the end has me so curious....GW really blue balled everyone on that one 😂 can't wait to see what destruction gets.

I have been playing Deepkin for a long time now and despite having an older book I have always done well in Matched Play or semi-competitive games. The book will have winners and losers for sure but I think we will be ok as long as the guy who did the LRL did our book and not the Sylvaneth dude 😅.

I think it would be a fantastic idea if we had a compiled list of free 3D print files for bits/terrain for the SBGL. Tombstones, skellies, crypts etc. I was looking at gothic ruins as well. The terrorgheist is soooo much better than the zombie dragon so maybe I will just use him instead. If a unit of fell bats is within 3 inches of any unit that is being shot at, that unit is -1 to hit 😈.

Ive been thinking of ways to spruce up the Vampire Lord on Zombie dragon kit if the warscroll is solid. I was thinking to have a crypt on the base for the dragon to be standing on and then have Prince Duvalle on the base representing the Vampire Lord. I am thinking about buying the Mausoleum kit from GW or maybe just 3D Printing one but I am going to wait on the warscroll ☺️. I am really hoping Radukar is an absolute SAVAGE in combat and I can use him as a hammer and his Babushka is also solid. Any ideas for what we may see to help combat the Super Caster and Shooting Meta? I am hoping Fell Bats can almost act as Aetherwings but for shooting or have some sort of "Forgotten Nightmares" Deepkin rule where if they are closer to the enemy unit they must be shot first. I am not a rules writer but something to help against the powerful shooting running around. Also, a way to avoid all the crazy dispelling :).

Damn that gave me the chills :O. Cannot wait for the lore portion of this book! as with the Avengorii Dynasty in the Realm of Ghur whose champions undergo the mas'ranga ritual willingly.

Regarding the CC box set. I think it was meant to definitely help get people interested in SBGL and stop early models to start but I am really hoping for something for along the lines of a promo boxset. I imagine it would be really hard for GW to fill the demand for the SBGL at this time with their production capabilities but right now I am all in on the army as long as it isn't too expensive. If Skellies come in 10 packs etc and no promo box set I may wait for the future and then 'Bite' 🧛‍♂️

More interesting to you but not me ;). I have been playing the fishy boiz for awhile and love that they are elves. H8ters gonna H8. The Deepkin have amazing lore and miniatures...but this is for rumours and not projecting our dislike for toy elves soooooo. I am not sure about getting a second wave of minis for the IDK. I would imagine a DOK treatment with new dice (hopefully these ones will be more functional) and a character which I am totally fine with. Regarding SBGL, I have my fingers crossed there will be some sort of discounted box. I won't be disappointed as I am not expecting an awesome box set the likes of the LRL during wave 1 but I won't be mad if we get one 😈.

Possibly. I am hoping for dice! If there are no terrain pieces I won't cry about it. I feel like it just adds more to the carry around pile sometimes. From a deepkin player, carrying around two big ass boats it can get annoying. I would be happy to see our vampire lords as being complete badasses on the tabletop though.

You're a legend ty! I will probably paint the hair a silvery/grey. Or just stick a Blood Knight helmet on.

Would anyone here have any photos of the new Vampire Lord with alternative paint schemes? I actually really like the model but not the paint scheme on the hair and remember some posts previously that were photoshopped with different paint schemes. Thanks!

The release itself has so many amazing kits. I understand that the Vamp-taur is super polarizing and that some (many) really dislike it but the amount of just outstanding sculpts and re-sculpts are fantastic. I've seen so many posts like 'Ex fantasy player here waiting X amount of year to get back into the hobby and now I won't'.....ok buddy 😜. Especially if you are into classic looking sculpts. You can easily do an old school looking vampire counts army with the minis in the SBGL. On another note I am really, really hoping Neferata is solid! I listened to her audiobook last fall and almost purchased a Legions army right then and there but I had a good feeling there was an update coming. I think the only thing that could stop me from purchasing this army is if it is ridiculously expensive...and that is coming from a guy that gets 30% off at a store I play at occasionally.

Borderline obsessed :p. I am working some overtime just to justify buying a SBGL army and a Kragnos/AOS 3rd new destruction faction and scouring waaaaay too much. I can feel the beard on my neck growing at an increased pace.

I was thinking LRL wave 1. I don't have my hopes up but you never know. Since all start collectings seem dead (see what I did there) maybe they will release something :). Realistically I would be pretty stoked to see any type of bundle with new minis. I was really hoping for a less Derpy zombie dragon but I am still happy with a lot of the new minis and am really excited for the tome. I have been playing Deepkin for awhile now and am ready to mix things up!

Ello chaps, I noticed the Start Collectings are out. I am super curious to see if we are getting a LRL type box to start with minis and the tome or a new start collecting. I mean maybe we get nothing haha but a vamp can hope can't he 🧛‍♂️.
