  1. It's not a bad idea! I'm not promising anything but I'll try to see what I can do . Edit : Request sent ! Let's keep our fingers crossed from now on (it's someone who doesn't log on to our forum verrrrryyyyyy often).
  2. Ruination chamber ? That would be the new one-life-remaining / flagellant-like unit.
  3. New artillery must have been my little present yesterday. In total, that would make 15 new items, which is within the usual standards for a faction used at the launch of a new edition (perhaps a little more than usual in fact, but the age of the current range justifies it). There remains question of the doom-flayer, which is the only old reference not covered in the predictions of @SG Warhound.
  4. Unfortunately not. The person who received this sprue is just a hobbyist, so no info on Chorfs, sorry.
  5. Ok... after discussion with my fellow forum moderators, we pressed the green button (and because TGA deserves it ) : As you can see now, it looks more like some kind of flak gun to me. That doesn't seem to be the case...
  6. OK, guys... I can confirm that skavens are on their way : I've just seen a photo of sprue that someone received by mistake. This sprue contains some sort of multi-barrelled cannon (6 to be precise), with a single wheel, a pilot, a gunner and at least four ground servants (I assume they're pushing or manipulating something on this engine). There are two spheres, one of which is attached to a large pipe. The chassis of the machine is made of wood. The photo isn't accurate enough to make out the date, but the guy said it’s marked 2024 on the sprue. For now, we're waiting for his agreement to publish the photo and a more precise version to get all this information. Cheer up, @Skreech Verminking, @Garrac : the wait is coming to an end !
  7. @Ejecutor : A unique case in the rumour engines' history : the one nobody had seen for months ! An eagle-eyed chap pointed it out to Warboss Kurgan, another RO specialist (it come from an objective marker from Killzone : Bheta-Decima) :
  8. Warhammer World Open Day will be aperitif and Adepticon the main course !
  9. I think exactly the same. I see Darkoath mounted riders as the last possibility for next new minis in this episode.
  10. But has GW given a specific date for the release of the dataslate/battlescroll (I don't follow these things closely as I'm not interested in competitive stuff) ? If so, I can understand in a pinch. Otherwise it still seems overreacted to me.
  11. It was the same for 40k. It seems to be the new fashion to throw a tantrum because you don't get what you want straight away. As if the world was going to stop turning because we were a day late... Meta-competitive thing, coupled with social networks, seems to me to bring out a lot of negativity in players' behaviour.
  12. Do you have any more sweets on this or is it too soon ?
  13. I'm taking bets that it will be existing units from other chambers to ruination . Supervised by some sort of chaplain to ensure that everything goes smoothly. A bit like Death Company. Funny, I think someone mentioned that recently... πŸ€”
  14. A quick comment : aren't rats swarms made of plastic instead of metal? On the French GW site they are described as metal (but this is not specified in English).
  15. Thanks for this interesting info. On the French side, Khaos Project, who translate GW RPGs into French, announced last year that they had received the official GW glossary to start translating Soulbound, for which they own the rights. But that was last April, and since then there's been no news...
  16. I'm very late in replying to this post, which is unfortunately very accurate in its observation, but isn't the lack of depth in the AoS lore covered by the Soulbound RPG ? I ask because I haven't read it (I'm waiting for its hypothetical French translation) and I'd heard good things about it. I get the impression that GW's strategy at the moment is to abandon the depth of lore in BT/codex and rulebooks and develop it in novels/rpgs. And despite this, quality is generally not as good as it was in 80s and 90s. It's sad for AoS, which I've defended and enjoyed for years, but this post has, in a way, opened my eyes to a major flaw when you love the lore of GW universes (the same can be said of the recent 40k lore, which is criticised quite a lot despite 40k popularity).
  17. Is there a source for this? It would be interesting to know how many people are working on each game.
  18. Sorry, but his rumours are too vague for me to trust him completely. Anyone could have said the same thing based on what Whitefang (4th Stormcast box vs. Skavens) and Valrak (TOW O&G/Dwarfs as next army) have said or implied. I'm waiting for more specific details (unit names, descriptions, etc) to gain credibility. GW will probably release new concepts with 4th edition, for skavens and/or stormcast, and there's none of that in all these rumours.
  19. I was quite wrong about Book 5 Dawnbringers... curious that Chaos doesn't follow the other grand alliances. But I guess that must be the final boss of the story arc. As for the rest, a great bunch of reveals : superb DoK character and Callis & Toll warband for AoS and I really like Warcry's Nighthaunts (beautiful Lumineth too, even if I'm not a fan of that army). The UW warband is indeed Soulblight but I prefer the armoured style of Crimson Court. On the 40k/30k side, there's a big entry for Solar Auxilia, which will also delight Astra players in 40k. Nice box for kroots (although I've never really liked these xenos). Ok for mandrakes. At least, that's one less Finecast reference !
  20. In the new FEC BT, the grymwatch is no longer in warscrolls... Which seems to be the first time ever that an Underworld warband has disappeared from its AoS army.
  21. There may still be a librarian (Ezekiel?) according to Valrak's source. He may also be visible in one of the photos in the WarCo article on Inner Circle companions (Valrak has, of course, made a video about this).
  22. Do you think there's anything left to reveal about Dawnbringers 4 ? As far as I'm concerned, it's a done deal and all we can do now is wait for the 5th book, which will focus on Chaos. In fact, I wonder if there'll be a 6th to bring the series to a close before Aos 4th ? To recap, we've had : Book 1) An emissary for each grand alliance Book 2) Destruction (one character, 2 if you count Zoggrok but I don't know if he has a role in Dawnbringers) Book 3) Order (two characters) Book 4) Death (two characters) Book 5) Chaos (one character, Lady of Ruin, implied by Whitefang and...?)
  23. Thinking about it, it seems too soon. Kill Team is also on a 3-year cycle. Which means its 3rd edition should be out this year, with an announcement slot at WarFest or later in the year. New Warcry edition announcement seems more plausible to me from 2025 onwards.
  24. The more time goes by, the more I think we'll only see one of the two war bands tomorrow (and with my luck, it'll be the one I'm least interested in πŸ˜›).
  25. Prediction time ! AoS: Dawnbinger 5 with Lady of Ruin and darkoath mounted (and foot version but I don't really believe in it). 40k : Maybe a last new DA mini with librarian as suggested by Valrak ? Otherwise ork and custodes characters. Horus Heresy : Solar Auxilia army set. Warcry : Lumineth and Nighthaunt warbands. Underworlds : Death warband (hope for vampires ! The cat teaser goes in this direction i think). Kill team : Mandrakes to go with Night Lords
