I dont doubt Malerions coming. I also dont think the Silent People will be a full faction. More likely a Warcry or Underworlds Warband.
I also think Malerion and DOK will come together as one. Im no fan of soup but that faction, to me, needs souping.

I have a feeling that this edition will be the edition where GW "fulfills" a great deal of long time fan wish listing. We're getting a mass Skaven update, they've shut down the third-party guys who produced not-chaos-dwarfs and have increasingly teased proper chorfs in aos, Darkoath have arrived to replace Chaos Marauders, and the freaking Silent People got a lore article. Of course, I could be completely wrong but it's nice to have hope.
Not to mention hints of Fyreslayers Wave 2 and Ogors refresh!!
If we get Fyreslayers, Ogors and Silent People in 4.0 Ill be a very satisfied Man. Ogor. Man Ogor.

Im hoping that with the Scuttleboss removed but the Riders staying that at least some part of the Spiderfang will remain and be updated.
I could see a new Scuttleboss coming and new Spider Riders as well, keep the Arachnarok but add in the Spider Incarnate under a different name, maybe an ancient Arachnarok or a named one like Old One Eye the Tyranid Carnifex.

We all know popular armies get way more support though, and I think they underestimated the popularity of gitz before they released.

Really suprised to still see no DB6. It surely has to be next week? Releasing in May just over a month from 4th Edition is cutting it close.

Kragnos I also dont count as he was a Hero for the Alliance, its like saying why is everyone complaining Fyreslayers didnt get a new unit they can take a Mega Gargant.

Yeah Im pretty sure there is only the Tyrant, Bloodpelt Hunter, Gorgers and Mawpot.
Unless we are counting Underworlds Warbands as well.
3 Editions of AOS and Ogors have had 2 Hero models and a Terrain piece for mainline AOS.

I could see the Icebrow Hunter being removed completely and having the Bloodpelt Hunter be its replacement.
With Gorgers updated I cannot wait to see what they do with the Yehtees. One of my favourite concepts in Mawtribes that is let down so heavily by the miniatures.

Don't see them being a full out subfaction but it defiantly a concept they could expand on and make like 2-3 units
A Firebelly update would be so damn epic. All it takes is a new Priest and 2 new units or even just a sprue upgrade kit for the NEW Gluttons and Ironguts!!

I would love next weeks mini to be a Rat Ogre.
The 6th Edition Rat Ogres are still the pinnacle for me and are what made me collect a small Skaven army in WHFB. 7th Edition? What a downgrade!!

It is perfect and fits so damn well its my favourite thing Ive yet seen from 4.0.
Just imagining the scale of new Ogor minis makes my mouth water.

There clearly was a lull (probably China supply / COVID-caused) at the start of 3rd (and some rework of GW's plan including Thondia and the Incarnates, cf. the Spider Incarnate Rumor Engine). And we suffered the strange Cursed City logistical debacle too.
But then with releases like COS, Ironjawz, Darkoath and Dawnbringers in general I think we got a fair treatment in the end.
BRING IT ON 4th EDITION !!!
BRING ON THE OGOR REFRESH GW I AM HUNGRY!!

Its so good isnt it!! Whilst not in the Horror genre per se I highly recommend Gloomspite by Andy Clarke.
It completely changed my view on Gloomspite Gitz from funny quirky little Grotz to truly horrifying creatures that make me feel like Id have a better chance against a Khornate Bloodbound.
