I thought they wouldve moved onto Sons articles by now but I guess they want to keep the hype train running full ahead for their first release.

Hopefully so as the Sons of Behemat Battletome and Warscrolls were leaked on a shipping manifest months ago, so hopefully that means the LRL will be released early June and the Sons early July.

It is legitimately so much fun these days and this community is such a joy to be a part of. This current situation we have going on will pass eventually even if social distancing remains a factor of everyday life for the near future.

This is the best the hobby has been doing in my memory. I left the hobby for 10 years and returned just over a year ago and my god it's so much better in terms of releases and communication from GW. Obviously returning after the invention of social media was great for communication because nothing sucked more than going literal years with no updates to the armies I played and hearing nothing new on the horizon.

I believe Manufacturing facilities were able to go back to work last week in the UK, before I continue I by no means want GW to rush back to work, as a UK resident I want nothing more than the safety guidelines to be followed and honestly wouldnt mind if Lockdown stayed in effect longer to help the curve. As a Key Worker I am grateful that I am able to continue working and feel great sympathy for those that cant. But yes I agree that even once the Factories reopen we wont see anything New for probably a month. And I could see them also releasing things such as the LRL and Sons together simply to fall back into their planned schedule.

I think I may have been too ambitious to think the Lumineth would be released in May. Its definitely looking like a June release now and would wager perhaps even Mid-June.

I would absolutely love if they Updated some Nids. I dont play 40K anymore but they were my army. I'd love to see models such as Old One Eye and the Red Terror get updated looks. I agree on AOS getting most of the Online Previews to date, a new Chaos Warcry Warband and an Order one as well as Two brand new Armies Previewed is huge. I doubt we'll see anything for mainline AOS for a while untill these 2 have been out a fair few months.

I think that with the Khorne symbol on the Warstomper for example, is that its moulded on and it is just a part of the model. I also believe on the topic of Mutations that the Mega Gargants will not come with any. I wouldnt be suprised for GW to do what they did with the Imperial Knights in 40K and release an entire Chaos Mega Gargant in a year or so time.

From the article we have hints at Bugmans, Ur Gold, Malerion and Slaneesh and the Bad Moon. Could we possibly be getting some thing for each of these factions in the near future? A Fyreslayer and Gloomspite Gits Underworlds or Warcry Warband? Perhaps something with the Dispossed? Shadow Aelves have been teased so much that they're definitely happening and probably due out next year at some point. And perhaps Slaneesh Mortals as well?

I'm hoping this weekend they announce it as a 4th Preview but seeing as they've specifically already called out Necrons I'm going to go ahead and say it's just for them.

So Slaneesh has escaped then? Or was this during Wrath of the Everchosen where he was almost freed? Interesting. Obviously the most interesting part is the last paragraph about Malerion and even the reporters death. Drained of blood but found no wounds? Is this Shadow Aelf trickery or the work of a Soulblight Vampire?

I'm hoping that if the Lumineth are released this month if not early June we will start seeing more Articles on them for the Warhammer Community website soon. I'm fully bracing myself for the eventuality of an August release.

Only for the two Behemoths to fall into a 3rd mountain revealing Chaos Duardin beneath...

I am just so excited because if they go that route that would be incredible to read and to hear what a Gargants view of the world is and also if they go the traditional route of a Human perspective we get to see just how Destructive and to what scale they can truly be. I personally would love for the Sons novel to feature a group of Disppossed moving to a large settlement in Ghur or Ghyran to work for the local population to help them build, mine and expand into a full fledged city but upon getting there find a Gargantuan* hole in one of the walls and a section of the Settlement has been destroyed thus them turning to Mercenary work and it becoming a bit like the Hobbit with the Duardin on an adventure to hunt down and kill this group of Gargants that have been pillaging. If in Ghur they could recruit a local tribesman as a guide or in Ghyran a trio of Wanderers perhaps.

Dont do that...dont give me hope.

This is me. Artwork and Lore are major reasons I got into and have stayed in the hobby. I buy Army Books/Battletomes for their Art and more importantly their Lore as I dont Wargame that much at all.

That is one Badass cover it looks awesome!! I cannot wait for the Sons to get a Black Library novel.

Probably wont see any Sons news untill closer to the Lumineth release if not after. I'm guessing mid July for the Sons at this time.

I dont think Sons of Behemat will be releasing untill sometime in July. Nothing yet, I cannot wait to start hearing more about the Sons. I doubt it will truly happen until after the Lumineth release though. We may get a Warhammer Community article or two but nothing major. Seeing as how the Lumineth were supposed to be released by now I dont see them coming until late May-mid June. Meaning the Sons probably wont release till July at the earliest.

Exactly. Realistically I'm thinking July for the Sons of Behemat.

Lockdowns and Quarantine will be lifted but normality wont return for years. Social distancing will have to become a way of life for now. Though hopefully we do get more news in the coming weeks about the Sons.

A few people believe, and I among them, that the Lumineth were supposed to be unveiled along with the Sons at Adepticon in late March and then have the Lumineth release late April. Then the Sons in either May or June.

Noone knows. Sometime after the Lumineth, so if they drop say late May-June I wouldnt expect the Sons till July-August.
