Still list brewing before I invest in a competitive Skaven Horde, & having already had help previously narrowing down a list, I’ve got another heads up round of culling. Still intend to play 2000pt ITC, & looking for criticism/critique. List 1 Grey Seer on SB Plague Priest on Plague Furnace - General, Liber Bubonicus, Master of Rot & Ruin 120 Plague Monks (40, 40, 40) - Foetid Blade & Woe-stave 140 Clanrats (40, 40, 40, 20) - Rusty Blades *Strategy for this list can be found in prior post; altered to make Plague Furnace General. Can the Plague Furnace be General under the circumstances of this build; haven’t currently found an issue? List 2 Master Moulder - General, Hordemaster Master Moulder - Rabid Crown 2 Hell Pit Abomination 2 Pack Masters 240 Giant Rats (40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40) * List 2, is the new build. Currently worried if there may be a deficit of Pack Masters/Leadership, but feeling great on the impact. Can drop a Hell Pit Abomination, but what to include instead? Found an alternate sculpt for the Giant Rats that I’m loving, so it spurred me to create. I’ve bought some Seraphon, but am going to resell. Can’t shake the betrayal of the Great Horned Rat. Who doesn’t love seeing swarms of rats fighting, killing, & dying in droves!

The new Seraphon tome has been a great read. Working on a 2000pts ITC list for competitive play; Coalesced, Koatl’s Claw. The type of list I’m working on has got a lot of press, so trying to narrow it down, & looking for assistance. Lord Kroak, General, garrisons in the Realmshaper Engine, upon his Bound: Balewind Vortex. Kroak’s five Saurus Guard hide behind the temple, as protection. Saurus Astrolith Bearer stays near the garrisoned Kroak to extend his spell range. The Skink Priest acts as an extension of Kroak, & does some minor buffing; could garrison him in the Realmscape engine to help make Kroak more portable. The minimal Skinks units are for holding objectives, & screening. Salamander Hunting Packs are included separately for target saturation, with the flip side of decreasing beneficial buffs and wound allocation. Would Starhost, Dracothion’ Tail, be more beneficial? I feel it would be a good choice, but the list seems to lack enough Wizards to profit. The list also suffers from lack of objective holders, is it deadly enough without? Still waiting for the FAQ updates for the Realmshaper Engine, so hoping it will be corrected. Good day Skaven Warhost! I'm new to the army, and AoS. I have 40k experience, but am looking to hop in to ITC tournament play. Having looked over this thread I've developed two lists that I think may be worth pursuing, and I'm looking for any critique. Both lists are model heavy, but I love the swarm concept of the Skaven. The lists would both make use of the Onion Formation on Pg. 138 of this forum's thread, while moving up both board halves; zoning out as much as possible. In List 2 the SB would be layered by Clanrats on the outer layer, then Plague Monks on the middle, with Clanrats closest to the SB. Also, in list 2, the Plague Furnace would have an outer layer of Clanrats, with both inner layers being Plague Monks. List 1 Grey Seer on SB (Suspicious Stone, Master of Magic, Warpgale, General - Masterclan) Grey Seer on SB (Death Frenzy) 300 Clanrats (40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 20) - Rusty Blades List 2 Grey Seer on SB (Suspicious Stone, Master of Magic, Death Frenzy, General - Masterclan) Plague Priest on Plague Furnace 120 Plague Monks (40, 40, 40) - Foetid Blade & Woe-stave 140 Clanrats (40, 40, 40, 20) - Rusty Blades
