  1. If it is you active turn and the enemy pops the cloak you have to pick a unit first to fight. Since the Evo are legal to fight you can pick them. Put you cannot attack with you melee weapons (like the enemy would be out of range). After you have attacked with all weapons (in this case none) you can use the Lightning Arc on the hero, because you pick him with an ability. Short answere: Yes, you attack him (legal to fight - enemy within 3") with all you've got (nothing, because of no targets in range) and then zap him (ability not attack).
  2. Ah, okay. So whte 2nd part of the sentence of the Stomp "after the players have picked any other units to fight." will be not tanken into account?
  3. Hi there, I had a game with Sylvaneth vs Nighthaunt the other night and my oppenent and me were arguing about who fights last. Battle example: He did cast Soul Cage on my Durthu. (no unbind) At the start of the combat phase I let use Groundshaking Stomp on the enemy unit (success). Now the question was who fights last? Soul Cage was erratered to "unoit fights at the end of combat". Groundshaking Stomp says: "On a 4+ that unit fights at the end of that combat phase, after the players have picked any other units to fight." If feel like Durthu would have been able to attack first, but I think the *spell* should be stronger.
  4. No. Basicaly you roll each attack seperatly: ATTACKS CHARACTERISTIC The maximum number of attacks that can be made by a weapon is equal to its Attacks characteristic. Make the attacks one at a time, unless you are using the rules for Multiple Attacks. MULTIPLE ATTACKS In order to resolve several attacks at once, all of the attacks must be made by models from the same unit, with the same type of weapon, and against the same target unit. If this is the case, make all of the hit rolls at the same time, then all of the wound rolls, and finally all of the save rolls. Doing them the same time does not mean that it is only 1 roll. You choose for each of your attacks (Attack Characteristic) seperatly. Rerolling "failed" hitrolls follows the same rules. Keep in mind, that you can only reroll unmodified rolls (before applying modifieres like rend etc.)
  5. Normally you would roll every attack seperatly. ATTACKS CHARACTERISTIC The maximum number of attacks that can be made by a weapon is equal to its Attacks characteristic. Make the attacks one at a time, unless you are using the rules for Multiple Attacks. When using Multiple Attacks rules you roll all at once. So yes, you can reroll EACH hit roll.
  6. Hi there, there is a big discussion in my gaming community about models with 25mm bases and 1" reach in melee. one group says that the 2nd row in base-to-base-combat cannot attack becaus 25mm is so close to 1" that they are not in range. the other groupe is arguing that 25mm are < 1" and that they are in range. I say, it doesn't matter because even if the 25mm base is counted as 1" there is only 1 very tiny point on the base where the a modell in the second row is out of range. What are your expericences with that topic and is there any official ruling about this?
  7. Hi there, is it possible to have multiple effects to negate Wounds/Mortal Wounds, like Disgusting Resilience (5+ shake off) and Wristbands of Illusion (6+ shake off)? I mean can I roll 5+ and afterwards 6+ per wound?
