    Not sure about a full chop, as they could make Dawnbringer Crusades its own faction. Still, extremely disappointing that non-humans were pushed out of the redesign that looks like it won't be much different from OW Empire.

    Well those of us hoping that COS would stay metropolitan are going to be extremely disappointed... Eddie basically confirmed that the COS Revamp-by-Dawnbringers is going to be about "regular humans" after the teaser trailer. edit: "this isn't going to be the Empire from the Old World" ok that sounds great, but these bitz they're showing off still look 100% medieval European just like the Empire... could've fooled me.

    Very interesting that the Ogroids were originally allied with/"in" the Destruction Alliance 🤔 So at least one Destruction race can be corrupted by Chaos.

    I would caution lamenting dual kits too much... the Daemon Prince one feels like it'll be quite the premium price with the justification that "you get all the bitz for AOS and 40k" in it

    I am really hoping Cities doesn't end up as the human-only faction, it would be good to see one Order faction be an alliance of the regular aelves, humans, and duardin (and anyone else!) that defend the Free Cities alongside the God-factions.

    I don't think this guarantees Lumineth, they could still come in a WD by summer... my narrative-based guess is Seraphon since they are our Beasts of Order. Though I don't think there's been any rumor engines that look close to them, so I hope I'm wrong because they need new models.

    My guess is because Chaos is enough of the same between both game systems, that there's more fans who want leaks/willing to leak vs other factions.

    Rerolls being changed out for +1 to rolls seems like a good choice for overall game design though, at least it feels like it would be. Less rolling means less dead air for whoever's turn it isn't.

    I do wonder how much of the BL book jankiness is the constrictions GW sets on writers vs BL grabbing newer writers because it can pay them less. I've noticed a lot of the recommended authors tend to be BL writers who've been there since WHFB was alive.

    Interestingly, the "Scathborn" mention that got hyperlinked is for Shadowstalkers and not Khinerai... maybe Arena moved enough of that stock? Maybe Shadowstalkers actually fit into DOK with this tome?

    No way that horn isn't from a Beast kit... It could easily be a nostalgia matchup of Sylvaneth vs BOC, with an extra release for Skaven! I wouldn't count that out if the rumors are solid, it's more likely than Skaven being rolled into BOC.

    On a separate note, what are y'all expecting/hoping for if we get a big Thunderstrike box this Christmas? Personally I'd like to see the Vigilors, Vanquishers, a set of SDG, and the Knight Relictor inside. Or do you think they'd be in a Vanguard style box instead?
