  1. Hi guys,

    Coming back to my skaven since i've finished painted my 15K army point of seraphon xD

    I got a good army base and i know what i want to play but dont know what would works best to finish up the list. Goal is to have a competitive list as i'm a big tournament player but also want some stuff that can be quite fun to play too ( wheel / canon ... overall skryre stuff) Overall i'm not a fan of pestilens stuff and i really love Skryre clan. Also dont like jezzails :D

    Here is the core of the list , missing Thanquol / warp grinder to buy and build.

    So i got 500 point to fill . Also would love opinion on Thanquol , i love him in terms of lore / rules but never really have chance to play him so far.

    Totally wrong. They are a unit with a strong output on only 3 models and some board presence ( 12 model)  Charging a flying unit of sallies made me win lots of game because noone expect it and it destroy in melee.

  3. First note, Arch Rev is pretty meh to me in Harvestboon as his passive power is a bit useless, so his command ability..... Also i dont think in a list with only 3 kurnoth, he is worthy.

    However my GF is working on a quite similar list, here it is , also tips on using drycha would be nice as critics on the whole thing.

  4. Here is what i think can works well. First turn got potential 3 endless ( since 2 starpriest in short range for sun / pendulum. Also 6 razor + 3 salamanders in range rerolling hits turn one. Also potential Stellar tempest en betrayer crown against hordes.

  5. @scrubyandwells Actually, you are still protected from GKoTG, since you can only retreat as durthu if you charge, meaning hitting and retreating 6 - with or without the cloack - but the TG cant pile in to reach him since he didnt charged ( or the Durthu then cant flee :D ) so it protect him , unless he has other units he is engaged with and then, all of this has no point :)

  6. Well i really hope too he wasnt joking but as part of a team close to gw in my country, i can believe him. Also he didnt tall me directly ' it will be out this time, with this this or this in it ' just we were talking about seraphon tactics in high level and when we were on the ' what to buy next ' he just told me " i would wait on investing in seraphon " and winked at me , smiling , when i told him they should come soon, probably adepticon :)

  7. I agree Rippers are good but they wont kill a gristlegore general, cuz he strikes first. That's why the Teradons. Also, sallies can burst pretty well but they need the handlers really bad ( their only downpoint ) that's why i wonder if razordons can be good.

    For the Artifact, yea Charm is a bit ' default pick " and we can update it.

    So as Batrep, we got Blades of khorne with and upcoming battletome, versus ... SERAPHON

    Maybe it's nothing but a battle between an upcoming Battletome that will change in a month or so ... and one of the most rumored Battletome recently .

  10. Hey there , not sure what it's mean ( or if it mean something) But GW just relaunch some army color packs. First one is Khorne, which just got a new battletome. But also there is Nurgle, Chaos and .... Seraphon.  Not sure if it's a random preorder or some short terms preparation for upcoming Battletome updates .

  11. Bring comet to a tournament and lots of friendly games recently. Works pretty well for me ( finished 2nd at this tourney ) It's a big investment and rely on a 5 w char so you have to protect him . It's a good way to bring in mw and overall a good investment.

    Havent tried Celestar but 15 razordons are a cool thing :D
