    No. It’s “one of the following weapon choices” we aren’t allowed to have a grinder fist and a rattling gun pop up in same round. On that note, Can’t even attach a weapon team to a grinder fist, or Jezzails to a grinder.

    Any tournament is better than bo tournament. One where units are banned? I suppose to liven things up, but I’m not sure the overall point. id almost rather see a tournament where endless spells are banned. I’m sure it’s friendly and done for fun, but kind of odd. Who decides what gets banned? Participants or organizers?

    Ok - If Marathi can become a god, then Skaven should be allowed to have @Skreech Verminking to have a God mode too. Make the Fifth god of Chaos official.

    @GwendarBe careful what you wish for. Points never really go down for useful units. Best I would hope for would be Archwarlock, Bombadier and Engineer able to effect Skavenride units, not just Skrye; that would help Eshin with almost no changes.

    Ok, I’m dumb please help. Where does it say the Brood Horror and Skaven Clawlord (on Brood Horror) are no longer good for matched players? Thought they weren’t legal for tournaments after the GH2020, but where can I see they are omitted now?

    Roll Skave Tide! @Congratz I think your General should be the Bell, a Verminlord or an Archwarlock. My current list - taking to a tourney in a couple weeks. It’s been successful in play testing so far.

    The reason they’re winning isn’t just the shooting, it’s the maneuverability too. This is an objective based game and bodies are good. So is Battleshock Immunity, and random Peals of Doom.

    I learned a hard lesson- don’t go running up and attacking anyone head on with any Verminlord. They are support characters, even in 1 to 1 matchups with 6 wound characters - we average only about 6ish attacks at 3+ / 3+ so around 2 hits at rend -2 ( low end). Stats don’t usually show us dealing more than about 4 unsaved wounds, not enough to kill a 6 wound character. But, they excel in supporting with Dread Warp Gale, 2 Dispells, Dread Frenzy, etc behind or with your Plague Monks.

    I’d drop Thanquol, bring the ArchWarlock, and 1 Command Point. Then maybe a WLC too?

    I have some kitbash ideas, but what I * want * to make is either a looted Titan, or essentially a looted BattleTech mech - maybe using dozens of Skaven on running wheels to power it, or a combination of Doom wheels. Naybe just simply a Giant Skaven DoomWheel! That would’nt be “too hard” to put together and make it look like it fits.

    Regarding stinky giants - I’m a little leery if this’ll change the way the game plays for a while, if eventually most opponents have a 400 pt 35 wound stomper running around. I’m also wondering how many Skaven I’ll need to make a Giant RattleMech to squish things.
