People are interpreting that however they want though. It says there will be more info on the stuff shown “soon” and that there would be more coverage of NOVA with commentary on games. Doesn’t mean there will be any further reveals.

Maybe. There’s no reason to believe there’s more but........ the Death Gurad were previewed on the last day of Adepticon 2017 so people are hoping for something similar.

Probably, but I was thinking more generally about the boxed games. Could put one in a Warhammer Quest, although I don’t think there’s anything bigger than 50mm in there either. In any case it’s getting a bit off topic. My bad. I’m really excited abot the Nighthaunt warband for Shadespire, they’ll be a great way to bulk out and diversify the Chainrasp Hordes. If they stick to the existing price point for the Shadespire kits they’ll be pretty reasonably priced too.

Exactly my thoughts and it was what I expected GW to do. Probably still going to end up with one or two if I ever do Nurgle though. Might be clever of them to release one for Shadespire or something in the future to add some diversity.

Yeah I’d like to see a “basic” Nurgle warrior, the Nurgle equivalent of Acolytes or Reavers, but that’s mostly to round out Nurgles mortal stuff. The rumour comes from BOLS though so I am putting zero faith in it.

I get the impression they mean more coverage but Death Guard were a last minute preview at Adepticon 2017 so anything is possible. Here’s hoping.

This is actually what worries me. There are people reporting that there will be new models in box but Blightwar only had two new models..... Slaanesh (and Khorne, in my opinion) needs more than a single new model. Fingers crossed for something more substantial.

My experience with GW’s “soon” means it’ll probably be longer than that. Pretty sure they said “soon” on the first Death Guard previews and they didn’t drop for 7-8 months later. Fingers crossed though as I would love to be wrong about it.

Excellent! I was a bit worried that it would be just old models like Dark Eldar one that come out a while ago. Don’t really collect Daemons but glad that Slaanesh looks to be getting some attention. Fingers crossed it lives up to its expectations. Nightvault is an auto-buy for me, those Nighthaunt are gorgeous. And the flying squig is brilliant. Lots to look forward to.

Absolutely. I’m doing it for the Khorne warbands - great minis - but just buying the easy to build kits, not the pack with cards etc.

Even though I don’t play it, I’m actually down for a big Underworlds preview. New warbands might give us some clues on the direction GW is going with on a lot of AoS lines.

Your right. Still feel like they should be rolled into one though. Fewer factions with more options would be better, in my opinion, and the spiders would fit in fine with the cave theme.

Both would be nice too! Personally I’m hoping for giant centipede and new spider riders, bring Spiderfang and Moonclan back together.

Eight pointed so I’d say Chaos too. Could be anything really, these rumour engine images leave a little too much to the imagination, in my opinion. I’m not a Underworlds player but I’m really hoping for a big Nightvault preview at NOVA. I wanna see more of the Troggoth warband and all of the minis have been great so far.

Seems likely although personally I’d prefer Daemons seperate. Makes no real difference in the end, just a preference.

If there are no more new models to be shown for Beastmen then I don’t see them featuring heavily in the preview. It’s not impossible but I’d be pretty disappointed with a preview seminar that shows off what we already know. Nightvault seems a solid bet and 40K Orks are my guess. Fingers crossed for Moonclan too.

Good question. It seems to be a bit of a thing with the Malign Sorcery stuff, as Kirjava13 said, they highlighted the mouldline on the hourglass..... Hopefully it’s because they had a big pile of other, even cooler, stuff to get to.

They’re in White Dwarf which is written what? 3 months in advance? So the paintjob is not a rush job due to the leak. They just don’t seem to be doing as much work on the endless spells. You can see some mould lines on the Purple Sun too. Those gaps do look pretty big though.

That would make for a great Battletome, but..... I’d like a lot of new models, starting with the minotaurs. Endless spell makes them look even worse by comparison.

Yeah but Stitch in his 40s, after his garage band broke up because of his fungus abuse problem - I love it! To each their own though.
