What we might get and fingers crossed expect is a Warhammer TV video with this years summary and "glimpse into the future" in between Xmas-New Year period. Just like they did last year. First of all, it will be right after Xmas, so what was suppose to be sold, got sold already. Second thing, we will cleanse your wallet right after new year with you buying these forthcoming models. Remember those stills of Disciples of Tzeentch and all those posts here and on twitter? That was the hype!!

Maybe they could have said something more than showing us this uninspiring 15 seconds video, which can mean nothing and anything actually. Grim darkness, well this hugely hyped announcement was the first step of getting back to grim darkness, disappointing grim darkness, where you promise us something outstanding but instead you give us: - 1 model. Since KO we got two new models (Horti, SCE Lady), were showed 1 Death model, 1 Chaos model. Grim darkness of no new model releases is upon us for like last 6 months? We already have it, new logo is not necessary to remind us about it On more positive note, models were awesome all 4 (liked them more or less), I am aware that 40K needs the boost right now (remember times of 6th edition of playing without proper Army Book in WFB), so this is awesome books are released at such rate so that more and more players are somehow satisfied with next releases. Event is ongoing, hope people which attended the seminars will give us some more info, if not, personally will avoid any BIG, HUGE, HIGHLY ANTICIPATED, SO OUTSTANDING , ANNOUNCEMENTS from GW, just to avoid disappointment and stick with "next week's pre-orders are" Where are you: - goblin pirates - Nurgle - aelves

Waiting for some feedback and comments directly from attendees. So far model is just ok, even as a long term Chaos player I do not feel urge to go and grab this one. Rest of AoS announcements, so, wait this 15 seconds long movie with new logo is just: - too cryptic, - current logo is 2 years old, we need to change it as it is outdated ? or what? - showing it or not doesn't make the difference, More info is included in all the text around it, my guess "Return of Nagash" is happening, again! For all the hype built and all the wait, sorry but that doesn't impress me much. I still have some hope, that we will get something more from the attendees and will be glad to change my opinion afterward. And most important question, where is something new for Nurgle?!

More new rumors and stuff will be shown at Blood and Glory event in around 2 weeks time. There are GW seminars on new releases scheduled there

It was Ben Johnson who confirmed on live stream, when talking about Blightwar, that there will be no new campaign books in Realmgate Wars style. There will be new, different style campaign books though as they want to experiment with those releases and try some new formats. This is all IIRC though as it was some time ago. I am almost certain as this was in one of my biggest interest on this stream.

Main issue with so many Chaos releases is that, once Nurgle will be out, we will be left with Slaanesh to be released. Sorry, I am the old Chaos Worshiper and do not count Skaven as "one of us". Which means that we are not expecting anything major for Chaos anymore for a while = more releases for other Grand Alliances. This would be good IMO, Chaos is spoiled a little along with the poster boys. Bring something new and shiny for Death, if we really ca talk about new and shiny in this alliance, maybe old, rusty ethereal would more in place No new daemons in Death Guard book, are we sure we will get anything new with the book at all? Maybe it will be Battletome only release in the end. Book seems to be expected due to "thin" release which Blightwar turned out to be (no artifacts, no spells, only one battalion). On one hand Battletome only would be good, no need to buy tons of awesome new models...

Total Conquest - p.81 in new book. As stated on picture on Warhammer Community site

Add to this: information on allies new allegiance abilities - more armies on tournaments, new Russ's favorite scenario which is replacement of current Blood & Glory, Nighthaunts is what Russ's is considering as new army (or some other Death faction)

Blood & Glory is in November (3/4/5), @Ben confirmed in one of the shows, that GH2017 will be available before this event, as it will be used on it. Hence we should get it few weeks prior this date. If I heard it correctly yesterday on stream, or was it on Wednesday, Rufio was discussing future changes to Battleline units in GH2017. There should be more options in this area.

In my opinion, we might not get it at all, unfortunately. Why? - End Times - we needed this to say goodbye to the Old World, or world that was as we call it nowadays. Plus in typical Game of Thrones style cut few heads off, limbs, smash, crash, explode or kill bunch of Special characters with style. Next Big Bang, small light in space, curtain goes down. THE END Thank you for all the years you spent on WFB, but this is the END, thanks and bye - we can say those books were directed to good old customers Next Chapter of the story - Fast forward few thousand years, Badumm tssss. Realmgate Wars started. Why we needed those? To build up the scene for new conflict, there was no background for eight mortal realms up until this point, so here we go. We have a story through the realms in several books. Main protagonists are here, factions being introduced here and there. Story line to back up new releases. New worlds, new possibilities, new game - again we can assume, that those books were directed this time, to existing and new customers. Story is advancing slowly with each new book, slowly, but still there is something going on. It may be possible that we will get campaign books if: - new starter will pop up, with completely different factions, maybe Destruction vs. Death, - completely new factions will get introduced: Slaanesh returns and he hates aelves more than ever, surprise, surprise?! My few cents on the topic. Still it would be nice to get some new campaign books (give points values to battalions included there this time around )

This pattern is too strong to not be followed. Think it will be the same for Slaanesh whenever they will find him/her. So Rotters of Nurgle and Pleasurers of Slaanesh where are you?

My point regarding this part "looking resin to me" was based on the fact of its complexity. Don't get me wrong, GW did huge leap in terms of plastic casting technology, they are the best IMO on the market right now. Still this chainsaw part was very similar to the one on Khorne Blood Slaughterer from Forge World, which I have pleasure to build and paint: https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-GB/Khorne-Blood-Slaughterer These chainsaw like pieces are very similar in their built to the one on BB goblin. In addition I do not think GW have cast chainsaw which included holes/depth between each chain part, like in this resin cast. When you look at SM or any other Chainsaw part in 40K they are always shown entirely "on the outside". Hope you get what I mean. Maybe I am wrong with this 40K shenanigans, but its not my cup of tea, not taking to much care of Grim Darkness of the far future And it was resin after all Question is, what will we see in 2 days?!
