+ to wound and spell wound roll

When Malagors spell carrion viletide is successfully cast the effect is treated as a missile attack with to hit and to wound rolls. My question is would abilities that affect his to wound roll buff his spell?

I don't see why not, it's a weapon profile and the spell states that he can make an attack with it, so it should be affected by modifiers just like anything else.

Spot on. Some attacks - Stonehorn for example - don't have a to-hit roll on the profile so wouldn't, but in Malagor's case it has a proper profile.
