ZealousJ
Hello all I'm still trying to decide on a faction before I take the plunge. I can't help but be drawn to death still and have a couple of questions if you wouldn't mind indulging me: 1. Is it ever wise to run a zombie dragon with no rider in a mixed death list? I don't really like mounted characters and yet I'd like to get the Start Collecting FEC box. 2. Would Ghoul Patrol at various points levels be sufficient to fill out the battle line necessities and still be useful? I don't really want to run a horde army but I do like ghouls and was considering running three units of ten at 1000 points and then increasing to one large unit and two flankers / objective grabbers later. WillofNagash
Ghoul patrol is always good at taking objectives and making your opponent nervous, and as far as the zombie dragon, there is no reason not to, but Vampire Lord on Zombie Dragon is a killing machine
TerrorPenguin
I think the terrorgheist is a bit better on his own than the Zombie Dragon.

TG is better with units with medium/low Bravery. And their maws can be perverse. But as medium attacks the DZ is much better (FEC version). The breath can do nice damages, and medium damage of the DZ is bigger than the TG. It's based on preference... so play both^^
