At the moment I'm working on my first 1000pts and I want to expand this to 2000 pts. I have two ideas for a 2000 pts army so feedback is helpful. Im looking for something fun to play and if its good that is a bonus. I'm putting a loot of time on the painting so I don't want to paint up things that I don't need LIST 1 Branchwych Dryacha Hamadreth Treelord Ancient (680pts) Dryads x20 Dryads x10 Tree-Revenants x5 (460) Kurnoth Hunters (Bow) x3 Kornoth Hunters (scythe) x6 Sisters of the Thorn x5 (760pts) Battalion: Household Gnarlroot (100pts) List 2 Branchwych Treelord Ancient (400pts) Dryads x30 Tree-Revenants x5 Tree-Revenants x5 (560pts) Kurnoth Hunters (Bow) x3 Kurnoth Hunters (?) x3 Kornoth Hunters (scythe) x6 Sisters of the Thorn x5 (940pts) Battalion: Household Gnarlroot (100pts) If I go for the second list then I'm not sure what weapon to give the last 3 hunters. Khornes_Berzerker Posted March 9, 2017 Share Posted March 9, 2017 I would personally switch about your Kurnoth hunter load outs. Go for more bows. In 2k I feel you need 3+ heroes so you can at least contend in 3 places of power. I would also run tree-revenants in a unit of 10. They're very fragile so 5 of them will probably just evaporate. Zentradi Posted March 10, 2017 Author Share Posted March 10, 2017 Well the Sisters have A spel that lets a unit reroll faild saves, and a 6 on that roll give the attacker a mortal wound. one alternative is to change the first list to 20x2 dryads and swap the sisters for a loremaster.
