Question

Does this count as a reroll for purposes of rerolls, dice altering etc?

Can it alter a reroll result?

Example 1. Opponent needs 1 successful attack to kill a valuable target.

Rolls a 1 to hit,  rerolls and rolls a 5. Can I change that ?

Example 2. Same situation but, this time opponent rolls a 6, needs a 2+ to hit and has rerolls 1,   Can I change the dice roll to a 1 and then can they then reroll it ?

Obviously I  could just change the to wound roll but it's an example

Take the description for what it is:

You can change a single dice roll to the result of your choosing.

Thats it.

If your opponent rolled a dice then you can change that dice result.

So example 1 is a yes.

As for example 2 again there is no reason why they couldnt re roll. You are for all intensice purposes reaching over and turning the dice they just rolled over to a 1. It will have all the same implications as if they rolled it themselves.
